2026 -Another year and I keep saying it 5 stars are not enough... Great service - excellent communication. Perfect attention to detail. For 16 years I have depended on Snowden service & today was NO exception.

A huge thank you to Snowden for their excellent and prompt service. The office person (sorry, i didn't get a name) and the technician, Alfonso, both were friendly, helpful and professional. What else can you ask for!

Dealing with an aggressive bee issue at a my in-law's residence, Bonnie took the time to help us find some experts who could possibly save the hive, as well as determine if was africanized or hybridized, even though it meant sending us to other services. So many things I love about this company. Besides the bugs being gone, this company has the best customer service. They are very professional. I love that there is no contract. Once you pick a day of the month that is best for you, you will receive a text a few days earlier to confirm yes or no. There are many times that I have texted “no”. And it’s such a relief that I don’t have to call and explain why. And more of a relief that there is no contract so I don’t have to pay for that month, I just continue on to the next month. They also offer a sign-up to their portal where you will find itemized reports and including a picture of the technician which is reassuring. Another thing that works for me is that I set up everything automated (optional), so I don’t ever have to talk to anyone although there was an occasion where I had to call the office and Bonnie was just so helpful! The technician is great and polite! Bottom line, I highly recommend this company!

After discovering a severe anaphylactic allergy to the bite of the kissing bug, Triatominae (aka 'Conenose' bug), I enlisted the services of Snowden Exterminating to protect myself & my life. This southwestern region of desert is rife with this dangerous, potentially Chagas-transmitting pest, which primarily appears annually in spring & summer, but can appear any time of year, as well. Since starting service, my home has become much safer for me; thus far this year, while I've been seeing & hearing of numerous kissing bug sightings (& killings) at friends' homes, I've not seen a single bug in or around my own home. For this, I'm very grateful. I've found the company to be completely professional & reliable, & I value their service. John is my regular service provider, & he is a true gentleman, trustworthy & thorough in his work, as well as responsive to particular concerns or events (such as the annual hatchings of a minuscule flying bug from tree bark, & request to not spray near a tarantula burrow). I heartily recommend this company & their service.
