I really wanted to like this pest company. The first visit we were told the rep would be at our home by 8am. At 10am they still hadn’t arrived so I had to call the customer service people. They were able to get a rep out to service our home with in the next hour but I had to take a half day off of work to accommodate their error. That’s lost wages on my end. When we first had service they talked it way up and told on the bee hive removal and the weed control and everything else. The service was not up to par the bee hives still remained and zero weed control. Not only that when I mentioned moving in the future not once did the sales man tell me regardless if you move or not you have to still pay or pay the cancellation fees. FRAUD - LIARS - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF AND VERY DECEPTFUL ON THEIR SALES PRACTICES!!!!! I WAS APPROACHED BY THEIR SALESMANS WALKING THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN WE WERE BUSY WORKING OUTSIDE. HIS SALES PITCH WAS THAT HE IS OFFERING GREAT DEALS BUT "DON'T TELL MY NEIGHBORS" BECAUSE I AM GETTING A BETTER DEAL THAN THEM. INTERESTING FACT IS THEY DO NOT SPRAY MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE (FIRST LIE), THEN HE TELLS ME I WILL PAY $63.00 EVERY OTHER MONTH FOR MY SERVICE
