This has been one of the most unacceptable service experiences I have ever dealt with. I requested cancellation of my Orkin account multiple times via phone and email starting on November 23, 2025. Absolutely terrible service. Very expensive, they cancel every time you schedule an appointment outside of the quarter-year allotted appointments, they send people who are afraid to get into hard to reach places and get their hands dirty, they send inexperienced people who just want to spend 5 minutes before leaving, and they don’t try to get to the root of the problem…they want a reason to simply keep on coming back and keep the subscription going.
