I had them servicing my commercial property for four years after placing a call to them expressing my concerns they told me it would be $5000 to mitigate the problem in addition to my ongoing monthly services. How could a pest control company let a property deteriorate to that condition before any action was taken place, considering it was under contract with them for the last four years. After having three other Exterminator companies, take a look at the property I terminate.them.

Hi,<br><br>Regarding your claim that we, the pest control company, allowed your property to deteriorate when you hired us specifically to just treat a pest problem, is dishonest. We were specifically hired to handle and manage a pest problem. We brought to your attention that the issue for which we were hired would not ever be mitigated without you, the property owner, doing your due diligence with the upkeep of the property. It is not on the pest control company to ensure the structural soundness of your buildings, and we made you aware that such a cost to mitigate the structural issues leading to your pest problems, would be extensive and costly. We are sorry that you were unhappy to hear that the structural nature of your buildings lead to the pest problem, making it the root cause of the pest issues, however no company going forward will be able to completely mitigate the issues without you, the property owner, taking responsibility for the structure soundness of your building. We were hired specifically for a pest problem, and not for a building construction problem. We merely made you, the owner, aware of the construction problem and offered and solution, in order to help you meet the needs of your tenants and thus mitigate the problem for which you hired us.<br><br>Again, we appreciate your previous loyalty as a customer and hope that your current pest control company can help you with your property issues.<br><br>Regards,<br>Lady Bug Management<br>

Lady Bug Pest Services came highly recommended from a friend and I was beyond happy with their services! I spoke with Alicia for scheduling an appt and she offered to send a technician over to our home within the hour- I have never experienced such promptness with any other company. She was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The technician, Dante, was so polite and personable, as well. He was very knowledgable and was able to identify the hive location of the yellow jackets that were inside our house. Dante successfully treated the area and was thorough in checking that they were not entering our home from any other areas. He was clear in communicating the entire process from start to end. I am thrilled to have found this company and will be sure to use them moving forward for pest services we may need moving forward. We used Viking Pest Control i the past, which was a nightmare! But, Lady Bug's smaller, family-run owned businesses is truly the best and the key to ensuring consistency and great overall service! Thank you guys so much!

Hi Ma’am, The association in which you reside requested full documentation on the conditions subjected to the building tenants around you, secondary to a pest problem that was found to have not shown improvement from your apartment, despite treatments and documentation of improvement by your neighbors. A plan was implemented to ensure the safety of all residents of the building, to eradicate the pests that pose a hazard to not just yourself but the people around you. Additionally, as a pest control company, we utilize evidence-based practice and a way of doing this is to take pictures to document whether a problem gets worse or better. Finally, we have a duty to our account holders to provide them with proof of what we say we are seeing, exactly what the problem is, and ways by which to mitigate and remediate the problems. Many paying customers request proof of what we claim is the problem, and the situation that you are referencing is no different.

Chris came to my home today concerning a carpet beetle problem. One of the most competent, thorough, and meticulous technicians I have ever dealt with. He was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable. To be frank, if everyone was like this in their respective profession, the world would be a better place. Kudos to Chris and Lady Bug Pest Services!

the worst. Read their yelp reviews. Even look at the replies to their bad reviews and its not normal or professional to threaten legal action in a google review lol. Anyway, they are the most unorganized, unprofessional, rude and poorly run business. The woman who answers the phone will give you an attitude and speak over you if you question their service. Btw it took them around 5 trips to my house to get a simple job done. Ashton the sales rep, couldnt even communicate what was needed to be done to the technicians. I was unhappy with the job they did so my wife called and was harrased and hung up on. So needless to say she no longer wanted to deal with them. We could not agree with them on how to resolve the issue so they put a lien on our home. Just avoid them at all costs. I'm sure Ill get a humerous repsonse full of accusations from them for posting this....

Don't look elsewhere - just call Lady Bug! It's a local family owned biz, and everyone that works there is amazing. They are prompt and attentive to their customers, and their treatments WORK! We've been using them for mosquito and tick treatments, and they work amazingly well. We also use them for pests in the house, and any time we see anything, they come out promptly to spray and treat. Simply put, if you don't want bugs around, call Lady Bug!

I highly recommend Lady Bug Pest Services! I had birds living in a wall of my home. They cleaned the area properly and fixed the hole. I'm happy to report no more birds moved in this spring. They will now be treating my home for carpenter ants (ugh)-- They thoroughly explained the entire treatment plan. They were so kind and helpful. I really appreciate their warm service. I look forward to never seeing another ant!!!!

If you want to get an attitude on the phone and have the manager talk all over you, while getting frustrated when the technicians don't show up to appointments due to the unorganized office, then this company is for you! :) I DO NOT RECOMMEND
