Employees are rude and harassing. Broke my tv. Beware of this company especially if your a female !! It seems owner enjoys when employees harass customers

I am extremely grateful to our management company for sending Pest Boys to address our pest issue. They arrived very quickly, were friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. They not only identified the problem but also provided effective solutions. I highly recommend Louis and his team for their exceptional service.

I can not express enough how awesome this company is. Not only do they deal with bugs, but they also address mold remediation. I just had the privilege and honor to observe the owner and his wife the last four days. The only thing that exceeds the quality of work is the passion for the health and safety of his people and country. This is the man and company you want to deal with all your pest control needs and dealing with mold related issues.

Though every time the owner of this company has visited he’s been extremely nice and professional I can’t say the same for his employees. They are never on time and even after repeated monthly visits and ocd levels of cleaning the problems persist. The biggest issue however is if you alert your landlord or the business owner that the employees did not show up or were extremely late they will come back to your home later and try to scare you and intimidate you which is completely unacceptable. Don’t use them unless you want to be yelled at, insulted and intimidated by them

I called and Louie the owner reached out directly. I explained the situation and he came to the rescue. He is professional, explains what they will do and super fair!

Pest Boys are amazingly serious and quick when we reach out. Also offer immediate assistance. We have used them for years and they have always been amazing since day one. Can always be counted on without hesitation.
