Ecotect Pest Elimination

I have a yearly contract with Ecotect and last week Josh was the technician that came to my home. He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond to provide helpful information and suggestions that would improve and eliminate the pest problems around my property. I would highly recommend this company.

Knowledgeable, punctual and great communication. Called them at 9 am and they were to my house by noon the same day. Quickly removed the bat and informed me of the next steps needed to close up entry points. Mike was on the phone with me for 15 minutes answering all of my question with so much information it was great. A+++ Will recommend every time.

Technician (Mike) arrived on time, was personable and did a thorough inspection. Answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. Also gave me an alternative solution to try before going through with treatment. Inspection was fairly priced.

Steve & Mike were both so helpful, and we are beyond grateful. We had wasps invade our home, and they even came out twice to make sure the problem was fully resolved!

The tech was running a little late on a Sat morning, but he contacted me in advance and kept me up to date. When he got there, he confirmed with me what was being addressed, and he got started. When he was finished, he told me about holes he had found that he could caulk and seal, and about 1 that was too large and would need further work by someone else. He provided pics and video, and he also provided me with information regarding some of their DIY items. Great job overall!

I’ve had such great experiences with them! Josh is amazing. He always comes to my house with the biggest smile and positive attitude.. even when I feel like the most annoying client, he lies and reassures me we’re not.😅 My family is terrified of bugs, but he always comes, gets the job done and helps us to all sleep better at night. I also have a 1 year old and he is always so careful and thoughtful with the sprays he uses and her safety. Highly recommend!

The exterminator was very professional and knowledgeable of different bugs and rodents that was helpful to my issue. He set out the proper traps and used preventative maintenance. Also, the options for periodic service is great and makes it easy to maintain pest control without the hassle of calling to make appointments at recommended service times. Great customer service

Service was prompt and efficient. Bat was not found that day. But it showed up the next night around 4:00am. We were able to remove it after it became tired of flying and dropped on the floor we scooped up with some towels and through it outside. Service Rep was able to identify and plug a few possible entrances in the attic and reconnected some separated vent duct work that probably allowed entrance to living area. Haven't had any issues since. Thank you.

Response to owner: I’ve never placed any bait stations in my basement myself but apparently the only ones found in my basement don’t belong to Ecotech. I was told one of these should have rat bite marks on them when I was about to be sold larger rat bait stations at a high price due to a supposed rat existing in my basement as well. After being told this, I paid a professional to seal an old drainage hole with cement who didn’t even believe I had an exterminator service my home the SAME DAY due to the mess (mouse bodies / cobwebs/ spiders) that was left behind. I don’t need a flashlight. Got a licensed contractor to add some new lighting and pick up ALL the mouse bodies left after Ecotech supposedly serviced my home. I’m glad my mother was mentioned. She lived in my home while I was out of state for work and neither of us have tried to apply bait to the basement and have relied on this business to exterminate pests and spiders in the stone basement of my 1920s home. But it seems this business was content with “spraying” my basement and not putting bait in the traps and leaving old decaying bodies of mice and spiderwebs all over the basement since their customer (us) did not regularly check behind their work. Hiring a contractor forced me to see the negligence. I’m posting a photo of all the EMPTY bait stations left in my basement that were supposedly “refilled” after another service call. Dead bodies of mice were all over. Cobwebs. Basically nothing indicating that my home was covered under contract with this exterminator for multiple years. I was scammed. Duped. They lied to me to my face after I complained. I found all of the traps empty only a few days after the last visit I had. Do yourselves a favor and just seal your basement up properly like I’ve done and do your own traps. These people are thieves.

Being a new homeowner with a house that was unoccupied for a while, I had a few unwelcomed spiders and house centipedes. Ecotect offers a fair price, and were reliable and accessable. Came out in a timely manner and came by a second time at no additional charge to touch up a few trouble spots. They are a safe and effective method to get rid of pests. Thanks Steve!

Very reliable and prompt in scheduling, answering questions or setting up appointments! We got them for mosquito and tick control, as well as for spiders. Mosquitoes have definitely decreased, but we still have a problem with spider infestation! Fortunately, Ecotect has a 6 month guarantee with the spider control and has been back at our house twice already....Im positive that they will keep their promise or guarantee to come back until our spider problem has fully been resolved!
