DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! First of all their prices are ridiculous.. $500 dollars.. and twice to my house!! I had a Carpet Beatles infestation.. twice this company came out .. and matters only got worse.. the disgusting bugs were still everywhere and still alive. Whatever they use is garbage.. and $500 dollars!!! 😡😡😡 Viking Pest Control Company came once .. Beatles are totally gone as soon as they did their powerful treatment.. and administered 2 different powerful solutions.. E&G did not. I told E&G they were coming out my sinks too.. Viking put a powerful formula down my sink..E&G did nothing like that. Im telling everyone save your money this company is a scam.. and their prices are ridiculous . Go with VIKING PEST CONTROL and you will thank me later. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Ed and Steve knocked it out of the park today. We had some pretty bad critter issues and they worked nonstop a very full day with a high level of expertise, professionalism and integrity. They were respectful of us and our home. They kept us apprised throughout and could not have been more easy to work with. Definitely recommend and we plan to use them again for future needs.

I had a mouse problem that didn’t seem to get solved for about 9 months with E & G, which became frustrating. Marco was one of the best techs that came out to my home. He was respectful and even wore booties to keep my floors clean. He was calming and reassuring as well as knowledgeable. He seemed to have fixed my issue and I’m grateful this is now behind me.

We used E&G Exterminators for a flying squirrel issue in our attic. Ed was fantastic, he is knowledgeable and extremely thorough with his work. He explained everything to us and made sure the issue was resolved. Ed also gave us a solution to an existing mice problem.

I’m updating my initial 1-star review of E&G Exterminators after they reached out to schedule a follow-up visit. This time they showed up on time, and the technician was efficient and thorough. I realize that ridding one’s house of rodents is a challenging effort and I don’t expect miracles from exterminators— maybe not on a first visit, anyway. But I am hoping the third time is a charm, and that the additional proofing E&G did today will help.

I call ENG for mice and flies . Ask him when can he come they came in 15 minutes for me. Very good service did a great job. No more mice and flies.

I’ve used them a number of times for different occasions over the last 33 years. E&G does great work at a great price. The owner Ed has a super staff as well. I highly recommend them.

I called E&G on this past Saturday with a squirrel that managed to get into my basement. The technician showed up four hours after the phone call and managed to locate the point of entry and force the squirrel out the way he came in. The point of entry, which was a small hole in the foundation ,was sealed with concrete. Problem solved! The cost was very reasonable, and the technician was great! Thank you E&G for a quick response!

I had a bat problem in my garage and attic and E & G did a great job. It took a few visits to get all the compromised areas plugged up and the bat tunnel arranged to finally get them removed, but all is good now. They did a nice job on the clean up too. Thank you!

Lies, empty promises, Unreliable!!! Someone unfortunately recommended Eddy/Ed from this company. I made it clear this was an urgent issue that needed addressing asap. I was strung along all day with texts promising a specific time for inspection and treatment. No call/text no show!!! Upon following up via text, the stringing and empty promises continued until after dark with still no show and then the responses stopped. No apology no explanation. I wouldn’t trust this company to take out trash let alone exterminate. I should’ve done research on them rather than just going off a referral. Thankfully, I found a legit honorable company to address the problem. I do not recommend wasting your time with E&G.

I had a yellow jacket infestation and Marko came out explained everything to me. Educated me on yellow jackets and proceeded to remedy the situation. Unfortunately it required an additional visit, that E&G covered under their warranty, a real class act and appreciated. Marko came out again and hopefully this time we are done with them. The hive is gone and he treated the entire area again. I have to say they honored their work and I will definitely use them again. Marko is the Bee Man he really knows his stuff.

This place was great. I was really stressed due to a bad infestation in my home and they came through for me. They handled the situation promptly and neatly. Thanks! Def recommend 👍🙂

We called over the weekend. I went into thorough detail about the wasp infestation that we needed taken care of. Explained everything fully. We scheduled a technician to come out today to treat the issue. Thankfully my husband works remotely or both of us would have lost hours waiting. The tech showed up about 30 minutes late to the appointment after saying he’d only be a few minutes late. He told my husband he’d need to write up a plan of action & estimate and wouldn’t be able to treat today. That was the point getting the wasp infestation taken care of today not tomorrow. My husband told him we weren’t interested in them coming back. Then the wheeling & dealing began the cost would be this unless we signed today they could knock $25.00 off. I called a different company who for $50.00 less will treat on the spot no need to write up estimates, or action plans. These are wasps, not an unknown pest. After my husband turned him away I received multiple calls, and texts. Saying now they could treat the wasps today. I would rather get stung treating this myself then to use a company who pulls bs tactics like this.

It was a nightmare for me to wake up every day with itchy bites, but it got worse after I used E&G Exterminators. I contacted them at the recommendation of a friend, but to be honest, they arrived late, conducted little testing, and provided me with a lot of unclear information. The bites continued, and nothing really helped. It was definitely not what I had anticipated from a NYC service that was recommended.

You won't receive the service specified in thee contract if you don't grasp their hand while they service your property. The servicing doesn't worry the technicians in the least. They ran through the truck's contents and removed the equipment, I believe on management's request, just to snap pictures. In less than five minutes, they were in and out, and they came up with a $190 cost. They point out that even though we can always arrange a service, the technicians could care less about the same service issue. Very disappointing.

I do not recommend using them. I was not happy with the service. They stated that I had a 3-month money-back guarantee if I was not satisfied, but when I called the owner, he said I owed him money for the service calls. These guys were treating for snakes. Out of the three times they came, they provided the correct service one out of the three times. It was after the 3rd one that I decided to give up on these guys and find someone else. The owner stated he would refund my money after some back and forth, but I had to dispute the charge on my card because he never did. There are many exterminators out there; avoid this one at all costs.

My husband and I called them to come and get rid of a rat issue that we have in the basement. They charged us $800 for their service, and guaranteed us that the gas spread in the basement would get rid of the animal. We installed cameras, and the animal seemed to have been dealt with but it came back days later. We called the company to come back, since there was a warranty of 30 days. My husband stayed home waiting for them and they never showed up. Then they said they would come to our house Tuesday, of the following week, again they did not show up. Right now, my husband is home because they were suppose to arrive between 9am-12pm; and again no show. I have been calling to get our money back and no one answers. This has been a terrible experience and would not recommend them.

I’m not sure if they have any real customers that are telling the truth. I am a real customer telling the truth about this company. I paid over 550 dollars for an exterminator that didn’t exterminate anything. My problem still exists and this was a waste of time and money. They come to your home giving you a speech about how good their products are when in all actuality the products they use DO NOT WORK!!! I feel ripped off with the money I spent and the quality of work that was performed was not worth what I paid for their services. If you go with E&G you will waste your money guaranteed!!!

Project: Repair Damage from Water E&G Exterminators never got back to me after visiting my house. I had water damage in my house and contacted E&G thru Home Adviser. Sales person came over, made a few pictures, told me that the pictures would be sent to sister company and I would receive an estimate thru e-mail within 24 hours. Sales person wasn't versed in the repairs needed in my case, spent 5 min at my house taking pictures. Never heard back from anyone at E &G

My husband called this company for a raccoon problem in the attic. A sales person came to discuss it with my husband and made an appointment for a technician to come out. The technician came out, and apparently did not fix the issue. The raccoon was still in the attic. We had another technician, and apparently the first technician did not do a good job. He ended putting second trap. 2 months or so later, we are still dealing with the raccoon in our attic.

We paid for this service last summer through a deal found on Angie's List and have kind of been stuck with the company ever since. We bought 7 treatments for a pretty reasonable price, however the treatments really did nothing. The company didn't seem to have much of a problem retreating the yard multiple times for each treatment. We probably got the yard treated over 10 times during the past year... the problem is that the treatments DO NOT control the mosquito problem whatsoever. Our neighbors pay a little more for another company to spray their property. The mosquito population is like night and day. Our treatments have finally run out and needless to say we will be opting to go with another exterminator... I guess in some cases you get what you pay for. I would not recommend E&G Exterminator's for their yard treatments to anyone... their office staff were round and it was a waste of money no matter how many treatments they provided.
