I had the first visit back in Feb, Chris was very thorough and knowledgeable and set up various bait stations. Unfortunately, I forgot to set the follow up visit and a month has passed. Problem got worse. I contacted them and to my surprise, they are willing to honor the commitment and came back for a follow immediately. With their busy schedule, it was not easy. In addition, they told me they are coming back in 2 weeks to dispose of mice,if any caught. I really appreciate their service. Texas i

Awful service!! Small bed bug problem that they could NOT fix. Charged me for the entire house when the issues was just in one room. Came out FOUR TIMES to treat (fifth time is scheduled next wk) and not one bug died smh they refuse to refund my money bc the supervisor told me to get rid of my new bed set that I paid a LOT for.
