Can’t speak to their work, but had an encounter with their workers and they were very rude. Edit for Clarity: They were driving a branded truck and it was in the parking lot that the company shares with the bakery.

I met with one of the workers working on my neighbors lawn, i needed to have leaves picked up the same day preferably so I asked them, the guys said he would do pick up leaves from front and sides and gave me a really high estimate but since they promised to be done within the hour(give or take) i paid them, they did not properly pick up leaves from side & front and without even confirming with me or saying anything they left, i also noticed they blew so many leaves on my neighbors lawn as well. Terrible work ethics, took advantage of my urgency, over charged and didn’t even do the job properly. Do not recommend! Edit to the reply: I asked your crew for time estimate, they said 1 hour (give or take 15 mins) and then they left without saying anything at all to me, most likely because I had paid full in advance and they took advantage of that and left. I was easily available to talk on the premises. I did not put any pressure of them to finish within the hour or anything either if they asked for extra time I would’ve provided them the time. Also not all leaves in the sides were frozen, which I had to go and confirm in the dark and cold.

I signed up to have tree pruning was told by Jayson that they do leaves first then in December they do tree pruning. I haven’t heard back from him so I sent a text message to ask when he would be do the pruning. The text message I received back was disturbing. I was told that I have been removed from their list and they will no longer be providing any services at my property. I was shocked to say the least. To not provide a customer with an explanation as to why is disturbing. I have never had a lawn service before and wasn’t happy with a service performed in October.so I questioned this. I guess this is why I am no longer on their list. If a customer expresses their concerns with a service or the way their lawn looks this should be no reason to be taken off their list. If this is the case I want no part of Jersey worms.

The two landscapers just finished my property. Great job, very professional, and only compliments.

Jersey Worms did my fall clean up this year and did a perfect job! They were easy to work with and the team was thorough and efficient.

Gavin and crew are absolutely wonderful. The job they do every week is professional and reasonable. I have had them do mulch, seeding, weekly cuts, spring and fall clean-up and even had their help with snow removal. I highly recommend their services!

I didn’t post most of the lawn maintenance season… But as the full cleanups are taking place, I have to just shout out Gavin and his crews at Jersey Worms for an impeccable job all season I had lawn service done every two weeks and coming home on a Wednesday afternoon and seeing my property meticulously manicured was perfect. The first fall cleanup was flawless. I also wanna add that Gavin was very responsive when I asked for a few different things to be done a certain way with the lawn and the edging and he relayed that information to his crew. I had the same employees each week and they knew exactly what to do to make the property look great. Excellent job Gavin. Thanks so much.!

Excellent service. Used them to remove a leaf pile from curbside. We received a text 30 minutes before they arrived and within hour all the leaves were gone and the residual debris was cleaned up! Highly recommend this company and will be using EVERY year going forward!

Hired them to level my backyard and install a paver patio. There were a few challenges along the way but they made sure everything was correct by the end. Would use them again.

Easy business to deal With. They are responsive to any and all inquiries or needs. Many landscapers in the past broke decorations or blew them across the yard. Jersey Worms takes their time and it attentive.

Always pleased with our services from Jersey Worms. They are professional and skilled. We asked for a special date to prep for a party, no problem. We just had the spray done for mostiquos etc and I wish I had done it earlier. Enjoying our outdoor space and we get compliments on our lawn always

Gavin gave me an estimate for a spring cleanup within a day or two of calling. I accepted the quote a few days later, about 3 weeks ago. I've called & texted since last week with no response when they might come. Yesterday my husband did the work himself as the grass was knee high. No longer need your services. This company was highly recommended but I can't get them to get back to me. Very disappointed.

Placed an order for dubia roaches in December 2023 through this company and after several weeks (roughly a month) of no product or any information, I finally got a response to let me know they had been sick and would ship the order the following week. It has now been in additional 2 weeks and no response or product. Extremely unprofessional, extremely disappointing, and I definitely don't recommend ordering through them. Ridiculous.

Unprofessional-- left gates open consistently for our dog to get out. Showed up whenever they wanted, weren't communicative whatsoever. Didn't take care of what we needed done & left us dry for Fall cleanup despite being on their 'schedule'

I ordered the dubia roach colony starter kit of 20 females and 10 males. Pricing was great, shipping was a bit expensive though (shipping was $12), but It was still cheaper than most places. Took a WEEK for them to come in. They gave me 2 extra of each to account for any dead ones. 2 males arrived dead. The next day 2 other males died, and then they just kept dying. 2 of my females have also died. I now have only 6 male, and 20 females dubias. So overall? Not the best experience. I think I would’ve just paid the extra 10-15 dollars or so and went with another company. Edit: So its been about 2 weeks since I wrote this review. I now only have 1 male, and 18 females. I have contacted the company repeatedly, to see if they were still willing to send a reshipment, and they have not once answered my call. I also forgot to mention this in the original review - Not even 2 days after I got my dubias in the mail and they were set up, one of the females gave birth to about 20ish babies. I'm not mad that I have babies, but I did find It strange that one had already gave birth. I was under the impression that they were newly emerged males and females (meaning they have just reached sexual maturity at 6 months), but then one suddenly had babies. They can't mate and give birth in a week, so that means that they were already paired/with other males prior. Just thought I'd mention It since I found It a bit strange. So my final thoughts? I would still go with another company. Not the best experience buying bugs

So I am kind of guy who believes in buying locally. Especially during the times that we are having. The owner of this Jersey Worms Gavin took a very long time to respond back to me. He did respond 12 days later. Way to busy. I asked to come pick them up to save on shipping. I asked politely if there was anyway he could work that into the price. I also showed him an ad from a larger competitor. basically from his response I got that he really didn’t need my business because he is doing well. So much for helping small business. Sorry to be a bother.😔

I ordered my Dubai roaches last week on Tuesday and they are still not here, I asked when they were shipping them and they said tomorrow which would have been last Friday. It’s now Tuesday and they are not here. I have tried to contact them twice after that for a tracking number on the package or just a general when do you think they will be here and I have had no response. I have about 6 or 7 animals relying on these roaches so I’m a little frustrated as to why I paid for express shipping and 4 days later after they supposedly shipped them they are not here yet.
