I just want to say thank you! We had a bed bug problem for a few months and yes I tried to treat myself with store bought spray and the earth powder. Does not work. I called mite busters they came right away and I can actually sleep now. Highly recommend. Make sure to keep track of time between visits to schedule the treatments accordingly so it can work with you. They were very thorough, considerate, and ask the right questions. Make sure to point at every single place you have seen them or felt itchy. It has been a few months since their last treatment and I have not had any issues sightings thus far.

Continual problems and poor communication. I would pass. We are looking for another company where we do not have to have them come monthly with no resolution. They stay for 10 minutes and use minimal supplies.

Would highly recommend not to use this company ever. Earlier I spoke to one of the company associate talk over the phone with agreeing to all terms. Then after half hour they called saying we need to take advance payment for the service. Use this company more then 5 years. But today after agreeing all the terms they are asking to take the payment in advance. On top of it if the technician will leave & if comes back they will charge me extra $35 which is ridiculous.

Immediately after finishing work on a home with bed bugs, one of MiteBusters’ technicians showed up at my house wearing the same clothes he had worn while treating bed bugs. Naturally I was concerned about him bringing bed bugs to my home, so I called MiteBusters and asked to speak to the owner. I was told that the owner would call me back later that day, but no one bothered to call me back. Over the course of a week I called and emailed several times to speak to the owner and was given various excuses as to why neither one of the two owners could call me back. I was so disappointed by the whole experience that I cancelled my account. It’s extremely shabby and disrespectful for business owners to be disinterested in responding to their customers. As a loyal customer for over a year, I would at the very least have expected the owners to be interested in retaining my business. Instead, the lack of response I received clearly indicated that MiteBusters are not interested in the concerns of their customers. I do not recommend this business.

I hired MiteBuster in December and was drawn to their 60 day guarantee. 60 days and 4 visits later the issue was not resolved. Ineffective and expensive, would not recommend.

Worst service experience!! never again not recommended it

I am shocked that this company have this type of reviews, doesn’t add up! I called them for service 3 weeks ago, of course I was charged on the spot, 3 weeks later I am chasing them for a REPORT! I just want a report to schedule the treatment! This company is one of the worst experience I have ever had.

Brian, they are great at making first impressions, but over time their service level drops. Their tactic is to overly impress the customer the first time and then continue to take their money, while delivering lackluster service. It's advisable to pay more for a well known national service than to deal with their childish unprofessionalism. Additionally, their turnover is ridiculous. Employees stealing, lying, missing appointments, mistreating customers, etc....
