A pleasure to deal with. Helpful when dealing with their office. Came out the next day after I called to handle problem with wasps and completely got rid of Cicada Killers that were destroying our lawn. Technicians are knowledgeable and polite.

Had prior termite inspection done. Rep was honest & said we did NOT have current issue. Did not charge for the visit. Called when mice issue arose. Came out next day & treated. Very professional. Explained all that he was doing. Recommend the service. Especially in the Levittown area. Ed, the rep, was great.

The Soup Bar has used Pinnacle Termite and Pest control since we opened 3 years ago.They took care of any problems when we opened and have been truly amazing!!!! As Chef /owner I have to say...They know what they are doing and are by far..THE BEST I have ever used in my 40 year career!!! Kudos Pinnacle!!! When I was in hospital last year with Covid pneumonia...they even took care of my outstanding balance ...no charge the entire time !!! Honest...professional...knowledgeable...that is what Pinnacle represents!!@!!

Our house had some small ants about a year ago that invaded our house. We tried all kinds of items we bought to trap or kill the ants but nothing worked. At about the same time we were unable to enjoy our outdoor deck & yard because of mosquitos. Pinnacle came to the rescue. Their team came out and applied the proper applications to stop both the ants and mosquitos completely. This year we had Pinnacle come out again with the same great results. We will make it a yearly event to have Pinnacle help us enjoy our home, indoors & outdoors!

Great experiences with this company. We had a hornet nest infestation that worked it’s way into our house wall (it was terrifying)! We were getting a swarm outside and a bunch or hornets inside and they came right over and took care of it! We’ve had no wasp problems since. They were super professional and explained everything and all the procedures. We were very happy and very impressed! I highly recommend this company!

When I moved in 4 years ago, we had ants all over the yard, crawling up into the house and some entering the house. Greg came and got rid of them quickly and they have not returned since. He also has taken care of mice, voles, silverfish, mosquitoes and ticks. I highly recommend him and his crew. Always professional and responsive.

I called Pinnacle on Wednesday and they came on Friday. Greg was informative and pleasant on the phone. He sounded happy to help. They came on Friday, did their thing, explaining as they went. Greg asked us to call on Sunday to let him know how it went, but I did not call (It was Easter). Greg called first thing Monday morning to check in. Wow! What great service! I have not been bothered by any bugs or rodents since they Pinnacle was here. Highly recommend this company.

Greg and his team are the best. I've been using them a little over 4yrs and have had no complaints. When I first moved into my house that I inherited it was over run mice and snakes stink Bugs and more. Greg came in assured me that I didn't need to burn down the house and run that he could make it pest and bug free for me and he did. I would recommend him to anyone.

Pinnacle Termite And Pest Control are the Best! They have safely and effectively destroyed the large nest of black ants that invaded our home. Greg and Steve are both super to work with. They are ready immediately when needed and get the job done. My husband and I couldn't be more happy with their service. We signed up for the 12 month plan and found that it is more affordable than all of the others we looked at as well as superior in what in they do. I recommend them to others all the time.
