Shawn is amazing and so is Tracy. They always text the day before and the day of to remind me which is great cause we have all my kids toys everywhere. We moved into our house almost a year ago so we started this year with the pest control ( last month) and we haven’t seen any gnats or mosquitoes so far. And I’m usually the one the mosquitoes LOVE. Very happy with them. Update: We just had our first treatment for this year with Yordani. He waited for me to bring the kids into the car for school and asked if we needed attention on anywhere particular on the lawn. We got the deer and rabbit pest control treatment they started which we really needed and are excited to see the results. Thank you!!!

Mosquito Joe is NOT environmentally friendly and has been proven to not work. If you want less mosquitoes, plant native plants that repel them and create a space that encourages biodiversity, bringing the animals that eat mosquitoes. Chemicals kill all bugs, not just the unwanted ones. This causes imbalances in your backyard ecosystem which will eventually make things worse. Don’t fall for their scam.

mosquito joe is the most excellent mosquito elimination company !!!! I have used them for a few years they're awesome. recently Alex was here to spray the property there's not a mosquito Insight anywhere morning day or night. Alex did a superb job exactly where I wanted them to spray under the deck in the bushes on the trees I am very happy and I recommend him to anyone and I recommend this company to everyone...

Gave Mosquito Joe a chance to rid our house of lantern flies. 3 weeks , one week apart and still have an infestation. Don't waste your money.

Terrible. The technician PEED ON MY HOUSE - not a tree!!! He comes to my house for like the 4-5th time. This time, I was working from home. I have security cameras all around my property. I get notifications from the system, because the guy is spraying around the property. So my eyes goes to the computer screen to watch. The guy treats the property and goes back to his truck to leave his equipment. He comes back to the side of my house, to the back corner. He starts urinating on my fence gate and the corner of my newly-built house, thinking he can't be seen. He did not realize he was doing it right under the camera. I have the whole thing recorded on video. I went down to confront him. He said sorry and just left. Then I called the office. The owner comes on the phone and no apology, she says she will talk to the employee. No remorse, no shock. I guess not the first time happening. She said "hopefully he won't do it again". I fired them on the spot. It is disgusting. They are worthless. Do not spend your money. Do not hire them. You will regret it. Not only their treatments do not work, their employees will treat your house as a urinal. I guess nothing further I can say. Please see the photos.

We were very disappointed with the service this year. I contacted them and told them we were canceling our service do to my husband being attacked by mosquitoes a week after our treatment . I was assured that they guarantee their service and agreed to have them come back out and treat . I explained we had a party for our grandson on Aug 17 th. I was very clear months prior that we needed to the treatment to be done two days prior because there would be 3 year olds and babies . They contacted me the Sunday prior Aug 12th via text stating they would be treating the property on Monday Aug 13th . First thing Monday morning I contacted them and was assured the property would be fine if they sprayed on the 13th . Friday Aug 16 th while setting up we were inundated with mosquitoes. I contacted the office immediately and was told a manger would be in touch . I never heard a word from anyone.We had to go to Home Depot by product to spray and fog so our guests and their children would be bitten.

Didn’t help at all. They sprayed for mosquitoes and gnats and wasnt helping at all. I called to cancel but the person assured me that if they spray again it will be better. Okay fine, charged me again. Now same issue. My kids and I cant go into our backyard. Save your money. What i dont like is when they dont do their job right they dont want to reservice like other companies do.

Twice now I’ve experienced technicians not fully doing their job. I watched as he skipped half of my property. My manager called the office and got told not to tell them how to do their job. Very poor customer service, and horrible pest control. Thank you to Debby for being rude and unhelpful. Two thumbs down for this company. Update: So new status of our release of service via mosquito joe, Debby is now making threats that she is gonna have her connections on a town rotary club help try to shut my shop down. Using a connection at the rotary club for a personal vendetta is very professional and prolly just as legal. 😂 News flash, I own a legal, tax paying container and packaging store. Marijuana is to be treated like alcohol, (via nj prosecutor office) if I choose to give a joint up to a ounce to somebody over the age of 21 that is my business, not yours. I’ve been open well over a year and have not had any legal problems yet. Let’s play

Great first experience but the second time they came I was told after less then a week that they could not back up their product or even spray again! I had MORE mosquitos AFTER the spray and when calling to say I was disappointed Debbie told me there was nothing they could do because I didn’t do their suggested every 21 day treatment. I paid for a one time treatment as they advertise and did not get the same treatment second time at all! To make it worse, when my boyfriend posted on yelp about them the owner tried saying there was no account in his name so we must not have used them. Maybe he should have asked about account info to see we DID use them TWICE and we would have provided the info instead of trying to cover up the bad review? They obviously do not back their product as stated on their website and I would not suggest them anyone!

They sprayed a chemical that wasn’t for food intake around my vegetable gardens. I wasn’t aware of this until I reached the chemical used. Makes me wonder how there applications are even legal. They fog all over the place. Not possible to control the fog.

Do NOT use Mosquito Joe!! Completly unprofessional office staff and spray staff not to mention the service didn't even work. They failed to schedule my service until called twice, then promised a call before service, which did not happen. They then left our fences open in our backyard so that our dogs could wander the neighborhood and denied ever being being back there. Additionally, the application was done improperly and caused irreparable damage to flowers in my garden bed. When I called to discuss the issues the woman Debby continually interrupted me and would not even discuss my burned plants from improper application, stating they did not spray that area. Do yourself a favor and use a different company!! They will lie to cover their poor service!

After not being able to sit in my backyard due to the mosquitos I decided to try Mosquito Joe. After 2 services I noticed that the mosquitos were still highly active. On the 3rd service I was home and watched them completely miss a section and they left so fast I didn't get a chance to ask them to respray. I called the company and told them and this is were it gets crazy. They sent the same guys back and one of them aggressively knocked on my door and when I answered he said "why did you call my boss are you a girl." He tried to tell me I was wrong and that he did his job and he was being aggressive with me trying to intimidate me about me complaining to his boss. I asked him to leave and I didn't want him to ever come back to my house. I called the company and told them what happened and I'll never use them again. Although the manager was apologetic for my experience I would highly recommend to Stay away from this company, biggest disappointment and waste of money.
