I leave this company one star as I can’t leave zero. They were the most horrendous company to deal with. I am in healthcare and deal with irate patients every day but never in my life have I experienced such a rude obnoxious woman answering the phone in my entire life. She screamed at me from the beginning to the end of the conversation as I was following up on a call about my 91-year-old mother’s ant problem. She even yelled at me when I called her ma’am saying that is not my name! Beware and stay far away from this horrible company.

Please don’t waste your time here. We had a mice problem in our home and called Westwood Extermination based on someone’s recommendation but they did not and could not remedy our problem. They came back about 12 times to just throw poison around our house when we have two small children and a dog. The mice would eat it and there would be little blue poison pellets everywhere in their reach and the mice would not leave. This went on and on for months. Not to mention the woman in the office is extremely unprofessional. Once I gave up and called a new company the problem was rectified in a week because they actually took care of the problem and found all of the entry points.
