I have been using Smart Solutions Pest Management for the past 2 years. Smart Solutions is a family-run business that treats my wife and me like we are family. I met the owner once in person, and every time we talk, he remembers my name, and it's like we are old friends. They are always quick to respond and handle the issue quickly. I have yet to see another company that works as hard as they do in customer services. They have a good product at a great price with great service.
Everyone at Smart solutions were great. I had a skunk on my property that needed to be removed. They came out within days, evaluated the situation, offered alternatives and gave a reasonable estimate which they would apply to service. When I decided to go with the service the day after getting the estimate, they came out the next day, set the traps, and one day later, the skunk was caught. Everyone is helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.
