Ultime did a great job rodent proofing my home. From the first call through completion Katelyn and Joe were amazing. Ultime provides professional and extremely thorough service. They didn't just set traps, they sealed every possible entry point ensuring the problem wouldn't return and also follow up to make sure the problem is solved. They take pride in their work and are fair with their prices. The basement in my parents home had mold, so again I used Ultime. The whole basement needed remediation due to mold. Joe did an excellent job removing the mold and making it safe. They used professional products and equipment. Joe completed the extensive work ( which included demo of a fireplace) quickly and efficiently. It would be very hard to find a better company and that stands by their work I would not hesitate to use Ultime again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I was very happy with the service I received. I had a bee's nest outside and bees were coming in. The area was treated, and areas were sealed off. He gave his full time and attention to the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Ultime. Today, Sunday, August 24th, bees returned. I was in panic mode because I am allergic. Joe returned and again he did a thorough inspection both inside and outside. He could not find a nest. He sprayed my deck and doors. He also sealed spaces around the doors. A company that cares, is a company you can trust. Ultime is that company.

We had a large nest of bees under the soffit of our siding. The same day I called, Joe came out the same day to treat the area. He explained the warranty, and when I called a week later to let him know we still saw some bees in the area, he came out the same day to do a second treatment and they are now gone. This was our first time using this company, but will not be our last.

The response was very efficient and our pest problems were eliminated.. Kate and Joe were great very quick and took care of the situation in a prompt professional manner. They are competitive and reasonable with their pricing which is a plus!!

We've used Ultime in the past for a problem we had with bees and they were excellent. Joe comes quickly and takes care of the problem, explaining everything and giving an estimate right away, while Katelyn stays on top of everything else. We recently used them for a problem with mice and so far so good. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs great service.
