A few years back we had a wasp invasion and Hennebry came to the rescue. Now we use them for year-round preventative maintenance for interior and exterior and have always been pleased with the service. Today, Gus serviced our home and he was friendly, professional and diligent in his work. The office staff is always pleasant and calls to remind us of upcoming maintenance appointments, which we truly appreciate. I would highly recommend this company for any kind of pest control services.

I cannot say enough good things about Hennebry Pest Service. We had a wasp infestation inside our apartment that escalated so badly we had to leave for the night. My husband was stung, we were swarmed, and we had to rush our dogs out and stay elsewhere — it was honestly terrifying. I messaged Hennebry on Facebook late at night, not even expecting a response until the next day, and Phil answered right away. He was out bright and early the very next morning. He took the time to explain why the store-bought sprays weren’t working and what was actually causing the issue. Phil got right to work, was efficient and professional, and most importantly — it worked. The wasps were completely gone, we had no repeat issues, and we were able to safely return home later that same day. If you’re dealing with a serious pest problem and want someone responsive, knowledgeable, and effective, I would absolutely recommend Hennebry Pest Service without hesitation.

I called the office to have a quote so phill came out and gave me a quote . I clearly asked about making payments . He stated to me in front of boyfriend that we could make payments as long as they had a debit card on file . When I called the office to give my card Jennie stated they don't make payment and they needed the $1100 up front ! BUT when they sent the quote it's stated that if not paid by the time services are completeed they will charge 3% interest. So Jennie said she would speak to phill and call me back . She did not call back . Phill came out and placed a box to take care of the situation that I had and a couple days later I didn't see it there , . It was two weeks of me trying to get back through email and phone . No one called or messages me back . When I called phill on his cell he told me he thought I ment I was gonna put it on my credit card and make payments to my card .REALLY EVERYONE KNOWS THAT ! I am a single mom and don't have that kinda money or a credit card. AND BOTH MY BOYFRIEND AND MYSELF EXPLAINED THAT! . I feel I was lied to and it was very unprofessional to not let me know they were not coming out to do the services . I could have at least got a phone call to state that they were not doing the service . I shouldn't have had to call them numbers of times to follow up with what was going on. Wasn't happy with my experience and would not recommend this company .
