Omega Pest Management

Called 9/18 for an appointment. Individual answering the phone acted like I was intruding on their day! Did not identify themselves until at the end of the call when I asked their name…It was Sue. Very Rude Individual… the long disgusted sigh when they picked up the phone should have been my first clue! Not user friendly at all… asked what time of the day I needed an appointment and I had to tell them 3 times it depended on the day. They were very annoyed at my response that it depended on what day! The appointment was for today 9/19 between 10 and 12… You guessed it THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! NO CALL-NO SHOW!!! My husband took off from work and waited for them!!! Tried to use a local business… No Thanks!!!!

I am so glad that I called Omega, they were here in just a couple days and their rep was right on time. After treating one of my trees that was infested with bag worms he saw another tree that was infested too. He treated it at no additional cost. I will always be their customer and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs their help. Thank you Omega!

We continually rely on OMEGA. They are extremely professional as well as friendly !! The tech today was very thorough and cared about listening. He was polite/ friendly and very thorough in detail. He is definitely a TEN !! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!

I've shared a previous review of the technicians that treat our home; great people, great service. This time I want to share how professional and kind Michelle is. Michelle is the friendly office associate who makes appointments, gives quotes, and basically answers a million questions, everytime I've called. Having been an Omega customer for nearly 2 years, I've learned that Michelle is another hard-working, pleasant member of the Omega team!

My family and I moved into a new place one year ago and had a bad mosquito problem. When I initially called for service I was unsure about some things and the Office Manager, Michelle, helped me sort everything out and helped me make the best decision for treatment and cost. I am very happy with Omega Pest Management! We removed Sheetrock from our living room and found some damage to the woods along with little black ants. I called and I spoke with Michelle and she was very kind and caring! Dennis came out very quickly and checked it out for us! He was very thorough and even checked our basement where there was a known previous termite problem from before we even bought the house. He was very honest and said there were no live termites and that it was old damage! I appreciate the honesty and the professionalism! I will continue to use Omega for everything! Thanks Omega for putting our minds at ease!!!

This company is outstanding! Any time you have a problem they are accommodating, the techs are friendly and knowledgeable, today my tech Brad was so fantastic- he took his time- took care of several concerns, and not only that he smelled gas and told me, I called the gas company and I had a gas leak! He potentially saved our lives! I am forever grateful and would recommend this company 100 times over! Thankyou for excellent customer service
