Total Turf Management

I originally hired this company for lawn services; however, several items outlined in the contract were not completed. I made multiple attempts to contact the owner to ask for clarification or a resolution, but my calls were not returned. For transparency, two services went unpaid initially due to an oversight on my part. No invoice reminder or delinquency notice was sent. Once I became aware of the mistake, I immediately paid the balance in full and sent a text message to the owner to apologize and confirm next steps. In that text exchange, the owner stated that the remaining service would be completed and that the contract would automatically renew. The remaining service was not performed, and no follow-up communication was provided. I also became aware that the owner discussed my account with other contractors. I was surprised by this, as I made repeated efforts to resolve the matter directly and professionally. I am updating my review so future customers have an accurate record of my experience.

Total Turf does an outstanding job treating my lawn, and it shows. Sal who is the face of the company on my property is extremely detail oriented and meticulous as I watched him multiple times lay down the applications. 5 Stars to him for treating my property with such care and 5 stars to Total Turf for being the best chemical company that I've used.

I always get an email ahead of time to let me know when my treatments are being applied. Very helpful because I have a pet I need to protect! Nick is always responsive if I have any questions. AND my lawn looks green and great!
