Very Unprofessional.... 1. No email confirmation was ever sent for services. (representative said they would send it after booking)..... 2. No call was ever given on the day of service, so we weren't updated on an ETA.... 3. I called 2x for update, and no one answered at the office. 4. Never showed up.. our service was scheduled for morning time, afternoon time came around and still no call or update... had no choice but to call another company

Excellent experience with Pest Busters. Carlos the exterminator was very knowledgeable, thorough, and so nice. I was able to schedule him for the next morning after I called initially. A few days after he came, I requested a follow up visit, received an immediate response, and Carlos came within an hour of me reaching out. He answered all my questions, and helped put me at ease with our mice infestation. I found Pest Busters to be reasonably priced, and they offer comprehensive packages of different services they can provide. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
