This company advertises on their website that they do bedbug inspections in lakewood, but when i called they said they don't service our area. It is very unprofessional and dishonest to not stand by what you write on your website.

Glenn called me back and emailed me after an exposure. I shared all my details and he talked me off the ledge since I was thorough in prevention of bed bugs after a hotel stay. Would be my first call if ever there was an issue. Thank you.

Rob came to the apartment and did an inspection of the place with the bed bug detector canine Roscoe. I was literally stunned to get a negative report due to 2 episodes of painful insect bites 5 days apart. My hubby was afraid that a company would give us a "postive" report regardless of the findings. I was nervous that it would be confirmed that my bites indicated a bed bug infestation. It took a little while for it to sink in that my hubby and I were free and clear to move ahead with the many plans we have for our life. Thank you Bell Environmental (Rob & Roscoe) for your professional and honest evaluation. May God bless and prosper you!
