The price that was sent on the offer letter was not not the price that was billed was not happy with their dishonesty and requested to cancel the service and they charged 80% to cancel service bunch of thieves do not take their service.

Ms. Nelson, You requested a new estimate at the beginning of the season after you built a new house on your property. We measured the new areas and you approved the updated price based on the new square footage. After 3 visits to your property already this season, we are not charging you to cancel your service, we are just trying to get paid for the work we have done.
