Jessie at JP Pest is absolutely Brilliant! He took charge of our pest problem! In a very nononese professional approach. He also devised a plan within our budge $!! Jessie was very precise with instructions for us to follow.*****He personally ***** returned our calls or Tex questions Promptly ,with answers!!! And even though results can typically take a few days or so,we had results the same day!!!!! He made a big difference with our situation! We have peace of mind and even the dog is happier❣️ I would use JP Pest again .I highly recommend this company.

JP exterminating is great! I had a mouse problem. I called them And they came to my place within two hours. They thoroughly explained how the mice were getting in and took care of it! Same day service! I was so impressed I highly recommend them. Very professional and friendly. You Will be very satisfied with JP exterminating!

Jessie did such a thorough inspection of my house, my attic and crawl space; explained everything, I thought I had termites but it turns out they were just ants, and all at a super low price!!! I couldn't ask for better service!

Had an emergency ant problem with a rental unit in ocean city. JP was there within moments, treated and sent photos. Seamless.

Jesse responded quickly when I asked for him to look and see where critters were getting in my roof. I asked him for a price to block off all four sides of my two dormers. He quoted me 200 plus “supplies”. He ended up agreeing that only one dormer needed to be blocked. He put up a foot long piece of azek and drilled it to the soffit. He was there for 20-25 minutes. He charged me 200 dollars. I reached out to him personally before putting up a negative post. He told me he charges 150 for a service call and 225 to go on a ladder. I have never heard of such a ridiculous amount of money. Buyer beware to ask for a breakdown of his services before you hire him. Very disappointed with his response.

Just called this guy to see what kind of services he provides. When asked about his business ethics and why he wouldn’t come back out to follow up on his services…I’m blocked. Conversation starts by him stating he spoke to my wife whom stated “he guaranteed his product for 6 months”. Agreed once that was spoken about he proceeds to say he doesn’t know who I am or if he spoke to me at all.. we came home to puddles everywhere all I know is this random guy we left in our home could of sprayed water? No idea what he did but it didn’t work…and yeah he did speak to me when he asked for a check no cc or payment plan?! This guy is a joke don’t use his services he won’t follow up! Takes a ($270)check and recommends you follow up with a veterinarian. Oh and by the way check was cashed the next day no in between! If you’re not happy with his services he’ll block you! No REFUND Clown

Was very helpful and responsive until it came time for an issue. Our problem wasn’t resolved. Doesn’t guarantee his work, or even come back to check to see if he could help. Left our messages on read after telling us to ask someone else what to do. Ultimately, we’ve learned a lesson- If you want something done right go to the BIG names, the company’s who stand by their work and don’t leave you -$270 and at point A.

We needed quick and professional help for our Shore property and JP Pest Control went above and beyond to deliver. I called on a weekend afternoon and Jessie was at our house before the end of the day and provided a detailed assessment and recommendation for treatment. He came back the next morning (which was a Sunday) to meet me and go through options in person and then treat problem. He was extremely thorough and helpful - and the problem was resolved right away. He also followed up a few days later to make sure things were OK and we weren't experiencing any other issues. I cannot recommend his company more highly. It's not easy to find top notch expertise and personable service on short notice - felt lucky we found JP Pest.
