This was as close to a dream experience as you could get. Bob (not sure which location he’s at but somewhere near Woodbury, NJ) was amazing. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Finding termites in your home inherently induces unneeded stress, but Bob couldn’t have been more reassuring with how he told us exactly what he was going to do, how it was going to work, and what to expect. Him and Dante sprayed inside my home as well as the entire perimeter. I’m someone who likes to learn how everything works, and Bob walked me through every step of the process in a very detailed manner. To anyone out there, I can’t say enough good things about Southern Pest control and Bob! When he first came out to do an inspection, he even told me to get a few quotes before deciding who to go with. They even have a built in 1 year warranty so if anything else does arise, you can rest assured they’ll come out and handle any thing else.

Hired this company for mice extermination, ($275) for them to lay traps/poison, which ultimately attracted ROACHES everywhere. They also failed to mention that it was only a temporary 30 day solution.

When I lived in that area, that was where I went to all my pest control needs. I moved further and I still come here. Great prices and service is exceptional!

Joe Baals is the best! A simple phone call to Southern Pest Control saved us from writing a check for $10,000 for work we were quoted and almost scammed into paying by Orkin. I will never use terminix or Orkin again (both of whom were unable to resolve our issue) always call Southern Pest Control FIRST. Joe visited our home multiple times to spray and resolved our stubborn bug problem. He was always pleasant and persistent, he didn’t stop until the issue was solved, and for a fraction of the cost of those other companies. THANK YOU JOE!

It's a little far but there always helpful never any problems. They have everything you need to get rid of unwanted pest .

I contacted this company on a Saturday evening freaking out after what I thought was a mice nest in our yard. I messaged them on FB to try and get one of the technicians to come out the following week to see what rodents were living in our yard. Joe responded instantly and came out the next day, Sunday morning, on a holiday weekend. He walked over to our corner of the yard and educated us and helped us resolve our problem. I also discussed other concerns I had with our house and he gave us a solution for every single problem we raised. He was very knowledgeable and we are so grateful we found him!! He was highly recommended on all my local town FB groups and now I know why!! We are so happy to have used him! We will certainly use him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for any sort of pest service.

Bad customer service

Not really happy with their service. They drug their hose over flowers and plants I had to tell them twice to please not do so. I lost the paperwork and doubted my word as to what needed to be done. Very rude but I'm sure it was just these two guys I'm not sure I would slam the whole company as it is very reputable

They need to do a better Job with getting rid of the bedbugs, l still see a few of them

This company is VERY unprofessional and extremely rude . I would never recommend anyone to use their services . Customer service is horrible , they even hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain what was going on . If I could give them ZERO stars I would.
