Claire and Killian are awesome people and just really, really good at their jobs. I moved into an old house in nutley and did a lot of renovations. Days after I brought my newborn home from the hospital, I had giant flies swarming my bedroom. Claire and Killian came in and immediately knew it was a mouse in the wall. They took care of the smell and were emotionally supportive since I was really freaking out! They set a couple more traps, and noticed some problematic bird nests in our ac units and came back to treat them a couple days later. Fast forward 18 months later and I had a serious rodent problem - Claire and Killian were over right away crawling under the house and through our basement crawl space checking it out. They’re really knowledgeable and after they took care of the problem they taught us some ways to stop it from happening. The thing disappeared and I don’t ever want to think about it again! Because I must have done something wrong in a past life, weeks later there was a live squirrel in our house. Once again I called up kritter catchers on a Friday night and Killian was at my house within 10 minutes. He caught the squirrel, figured out how it got in, and told us how to prevent it from happening again. I never thought I would need the Kritter Catchers so much but I am so thankful for them! Just really cool people who are really amazing at what they do.

We had a flying squirrel issue in a very hard to access area and they never gave up until it was 100% resolved. Their price was very reasonable and I would happily refer them . I’ve hired Kritter Catchers twice: A few years ago, we discovered a dead, heavily decomposed animal behind our garage and were concerned that our new puppy would roll around in it. Killian came out quickly and handled the removal smoothly. Recently, we realized that we had to evict the groundhog who shared our property because his holes were becoming problematic. This company is extremely responsive, very professional, and prompt at removing trapped animals. It was a pleasure to utilize their service to remove not one but two groundhogs over a two day period. Kim, the groundhog whisperer, was amazing! She relaxed each caged groundhog upon her arrival with her interaction with each animal. I felt more relaxed about their removal based upon the kind treatment and personalized service I received as it is not a light decision to decide to capture a wild animal. Thanks, Kritter Catchers!

Claire and her team at Kritter catchers are wonderful , they have helped me numerous times with a few properties that were overrun with squirrels and raccoons , they are super neat with there work and gurantee the job for a year , I will recommend them to all people in need of this service. I had been hearing noises from the crawl space of my attic. It sounded like an animal was had made it a home. We called several companies & Kritter Catchers returned our call right away. After I spoke to Killian that first day having explained everything that was needed to be done, I felt at ease & at peace & knew I was in good hands. Killian & Claire are a great & fantastic team. They were very receptive & responsive to my concerns. They did a very amazingly efficient & exceptional job in the removal of this family of raccoons by the second visit! They made a thorough final inspection of the crawl spaces in the entire attic & ensured no babies were left behind. Killian and Claire are the absolute best! I called a few companies and they were the only ones who responded right away to help with our raccoon issue. They are very knowledgeable and explained every detail. They also answered any concerns I had via text regardless the time of day. Killian came right away to pick up the trap once the raccoon was caught. This put my mind at ease!
