Reasonable price and came out fairly quickly but did not assess the area, they only treated one ground bees nest, didn’t not look to see if there was another one. There ended up being two and had to pay again to have the second one treated. I would like to say thank you to the owner of Mantis for giving me a call personally and doing what he could to make this situation better. I will be using again in the future.

Perhaps we needed to communicate better with you and take an additional walk around to be sure there were no lingering hives. We stand by our work. When you called today, we offered to come today, but could not get to you soon enough. We wanted to fit you later, as we had other appointments. We have used Mantis Pest Control since we bought our house in 1990. There had been a termite problem that the previous owner took care of using Mantis as part of the sale, and we have kept up yearly checks since then. The service people are knowledgeable, polite, and sociable. Mantis is one of the few companies we know of that has not wavered in quality throughout the years we have used its services. I would not think of going elsewhere. They truly take care of their customers.

I called Mantis on 2/2/24 and spoke to Tom (the owner) about my rodent problem. He scheduled a tech. to come over today Saturday 2/3/24. Tom (the tech) arrived PROMPTLY at the appointed time. Tom was very knowledgeable and a complete gentleman. He went over and above his call of duty. He was assuring BUT NOT condescending. He never made me feel that my concerns were exaggerated or extreme. I’m delighted and relieved with the solution to this situation. I’m a review person and what convinced me to call Mantis were the excellent reviews. Well the reviews did not disappoint! Tom the owner explained many things to me - he was patient and did not brush me off and gave me an appointment right away. So from Tom the owner to Tom the technician this was an EXCELLENT experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a problem with mice and they solved it. They came in with a good price. We're always polite. Kept us well informed as to when they were coming, and then did the work quickly and efficiently. We would use them again; and as a matter-of-fact, we are. We have an ant problem.
