I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! This crew has been nothing but fantastic! We have used them for about 4 or 5 years and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism, prompt responses from Anne, and genuine concern for our property. When we had carpenter ants, they did extra treatments on one of our trees, when asked they will even spray around our foundation, and they give great advice for reducing bugs in your yard. They even agreed to come earlier than normal this year due to the unusual weather!! I thoroughly enjoy the nice notes on my door once they've finished. I know that after they've sprayed that my furbabies and family are safer from ticks, mosquitos and other bugs without dangerous chemicals! So incredibly thankful to have found such an amazing company!

This company is fantastic! I do not have enough good things to say about their services. From calling the office, to dealing with your technician, they are definitely first rate. I have recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors in my area that deal with tick and mosquito issues. I strongly recommend them for all of your spring, summer, and fall insect control needs.

The mosquitos in my yard have been remarkably decreased to almost none. The customer service is excellent and their service reps are very reliable.

Backyard bug busters has given me such peace of mind !!! I can walk out into my yard and be happy. I no longer have to worry about ticks, which were a huge problem before BBB started spraying I haven't seen a tick in my yard in years, not mention NO mosquitoes, and very few spiders. I think their spraying lowers the overall bug population tremendously, and they're such nice people to deal with !!!!

I can't speak enough about how wonderful the service from Backyard Bug Busters has been. We have a few acres, half of which is yard and the other half is forested. Prior to using this service, we would see quite a few ticks annually even when treating the lawn ourselves. In two years of using Backyard Bug Busters, we haven't seen a single tick! The team is very professional, the spraying is quick and unintrusive and the price is very reasonable. We highly recommend using them if you are concerned about ticks at all.

Great company to work with Anne and the crew are wonderful and do a great job keeping the insects out of my yard. They let you know ahead of time when they are coming as a reminder and are always on time.

I’ve been with Backyard Bug Busters for 5 years. I have at least one big party outside every summer and I have never had complaints about mosquitoes or bugs. While other neighbors complain that they can’t sit outside at night when people visit me they are never bugged!! I highly recommend this team. The product is safe and the team is friendly and professional

Very polite and did a outstanding job

Can't describe how incredibly effective this treatment has been. Late 2024 we pulled countless ticks off of our lab. After the first treatment in 2025 we have not seen 1 tick on our dog. We've had 3 ticks all season and they've all been on Me! Still calling it a major victory so far. Would highly recommend BYBB for their products, customer service and professionalism!

I found Backyard Bug Busters through Google, and I’m so glad I did—no regrets at all! Their service has been consistently top-notch. They show up on time every month without fail. Anne went above and beyond to prioritize our needs, especially during our first week in the new home. When I told her we have three dogs and ticks were a major concern, she made sure someone was out right away. Truly first-class service all around!

Anne came out with her husband to check out my propriety. I live in a very wooded area which adds to the complexity of my issue with ticks. They gave me a few quotes depending on how much I wanted it to cover. Again my property takes a lot of spraying to even try and get it under control. I told them let’s do one spray and see if I see a difference. I gotta say after the first spray my cats no longer have ticks on them and they were getting them daily. My 2 year old daughter was as well. I def have peace of mind for my daughter playing in the yard now. And I will be continuing the upkeep spraying throughout the season. They are very friendly, family owned business that I highly recommend.

Backyard Bug Busters sprayed my yard again today. They provide extraordinary service. They text the day before to let me know they’re coming (with a 2 hour window). They knock on the door to announce their presence on my property. They inform me if they’ve discovered any issues I should know about. In short, they’re terrific! I’ve used them for their tick spraying service for about 5 years, and I’m delighted with their service. I highly recommend them.
