Get M literally changed our lives!! We had mice and ant problems at our house; the ants were annoying but the mice were driving us INSANE. Get M came over quickly after we called and set up mouse traps and sprayed for ants. Our pest problems were truly solved - which was a huge relief bc everything we had tried before had failed. Santiago at Get’M Pest Control gets the job done!! He takes his time to explain why you have the pest, what he would do to address the ‘little fellas’, how long it might take for them to be fully eliminated, and how to ensure you and your family are safe during the treatment period. We have been dealing with cicada killers and we got Santiago onboard. They have significantly decreased over the seasons he has done the treatments. He responds promptly each time we reach out regarding another ‘huge’ bug or dirt-mound nest around the yard. And he gives you a good price for his services. Overall, I have enjoyed working with Santiago and Get’M Pest Control.

I highly recommend. Originally I thought Orkin was the best option for what I believed to be a cockroach infestation. However after waiting weeks and lack of communication by Orkin, I looked for someone local. Santiago responded immediately and was very kind and professional. I appreciate the ease of communication, the care, the quick turnaround and treatment as well as cost . I was assured there was no infestation and immediately after spraying 2 dead bugs appeared in 2 days as he said they would. A couple of weeks later one young live one was seen but Santiago was already scheduled for a follow-up and he was in and out so quickly, applied a gel and assured us he would check in again or we were free to reach out. He also went above and beyond in talking me through other potential critter problems such as groundhogs. It was a pleasure, even though I hope to never need their services again! 😅

Santiago provided the best professional service one could have hoped for, on several occasions and servicing several different properties that were dealing with infestations of different kinds.
