If I could give a negative star I would! I accepted a quote for birds in my soffit on my roof line. They sent someone to do the work who said it was a two person job and reached out to their manager to let them know. I was charged the full price of the job even though it hadn't been done. After several calls the manager then sent another inspector instead of sending someone to do the job. I told them I didn't need an inspector I needed someone to do the job. Flat Turf was wonderful! We just moved into our new home and they came for a spring clean-up. They did an amazing job and were so thorough. We will happily be working with them on a weekly basis for basic maintenance and have a few projects we will be planning as well. Highly recommend!

Replaced two arborvitae shrubs in my front yard. The shrubs they brought with them were of high quality. They completed the work very quickly and with great care. They watered each plant before leaving and cleaned up after themselves. No hesitation to use them again.
