Rapid Exterminating Co

Rob has been performing services for a year now. Filled holes multiple times but always misses many of them conveniently. We have never gotten rid of the mice. It's like he purposely leaves things behind to create a new job for himself. I called him for a service to fill holes on November 13th. he ended up just putting bait and charging me whole lot and said that he will come back in a couple of weeks to fill the hole. my husband confirmed with him that he wont charge us when he comes in December to fill the holes as he was supposed to do it on November 13th and didn't actually do it. Rob said, it is all part of the service and in December he will not be charging us to come fill the holes around the house ( that we had pair him to already do multiple times and he keeps missing them and still charges us a full service). Comes December 6th, he filled the holes that he conveniently missed before and slapped us with another service bill of $150. When I approached him about it, he denied that he wasn't supposed to charge us. he has been scamming us the whole year. We never got rid of the mice and he keeps creating jobs for himself to come again next time. Throws in a couple of baits around the house and then charges us $135 for looking around for 10 mins. we complained to him multiple times that whatever he is doing solves no problems and we hear the mice in the walls constantly. The baits he is putting in, I can find on amazon for cheap - not sure why he comes and charges us stupid amounts for nothing. Beware and stay away. FAR AWAY

Rob Lisa has been very responsive and reliable in handling pests! I was freaked out when I saw termites and he immediately took care of them before they spread. He’s also very good with humanely taking care of raccoons! I’ve recommended Rob to everyone in search of exterminating as well as the safe removal of animals.
