Excellent service. Josh thoroughly inspected the house inside and out and pinpointed the issues causing our problems. I found him extremely knowledgeable. He was the first person to explain all in detail and come up with solutions for eliminating the issues. Professional, friendly and timely. Spent time needed to do the inspection, did not rush and provided great feedback and solutions. His first visit after inspection was also thorough. He and his team addressed all of the issues, explained what they were doing and each section of the house that was treated and how. I'm very pleased with their service and feel certain that they have my issues under control. Issues were mainly recurring cave crickets in the basement and some other rodents obtaining access to my attic. No evidence of hearing anything in the attic after the first visit!!! Byran was respectful, informative and helpful. He moved out my appliances and sealed all the openings. He even helped me clean the floor under the appliances. I recently had a rodent problem in my attic. Joshua Alfaro at Faro Pest Control was highly recommened to me by a family member.
