Friendly customer service and very responsive. I’ve used Legends for general bug spraying for maintenance work and rodent issues. They are always informative and do not try to up-sell you. I found them because a family member used them and raved about them and I couldn’t agree more. So easy to trust them as a company and the work they do.

...had wasps in my basement...as the weather got cooler, I thought the problem would go away...the wasps kept on coming...they migrated to the main floor and were present at every window...the problem worsened as time went on...I finally decided to call a professional...I searched Google and found a company with ninety 5 STAR reviews, Legend Pest Control...I called them, told them my issue... Katrina/Karina immediately scheduled me for service...Al arrived and i couldn't be happier...I showed him the wasps and he quickly, identified where the nest was, as well as the intrusion point...Al provided me a quick lesson on wasps and went to work...all wasps, dead and alive were removed...areas of intrusion treated and intrusion point blocked...great service...great company...highly recommended...

I called legend pest after I googled exterminator for yellow jackets. Karina answered my call and scheduled a service call for an estimate. She also kept in touch with me as to when the technician would be here, and to make sure I was happy with his service . Al, the technician arrived and quickly diagnosed my yellow jackets problem and then very quickly and efficiently, got rid of a very large nest in my garage wall. He moved everything that needed to be moved, and put everything back before he left. I’m so happy my nest is gone. He was extremely knowledgeable, and confident. I would highly recommend legend pest control if you need an exterminator !!

Living in multiple dwellings can be tricky, as management office oversees when services are available. I called Legend Pest Control after hours, kind of in a mood, frustrated, and annoyed... my call was immediately answered. They were patient and kind, showed compassion, understood my fears and within no time, someone was here to help! The technician was knowledgeable and fair, had no issue with all my questions and made sure I understood the process. To top it all of, pricing is reasonable and customary.

Al was great. Worked late and got rid of a hornet nest that was a difficult part of the house to get. Showed us a video of what was removed. Definitely will call again if we need pest removal.

Always a pleasure to have this guy lurking around outside of your home to locate and evict damaging wasps and dangerous bees that take farm living a little too far! Simply a great experience. I let them know I had to travel so had a tight window to work with but had an issue I needed addressed. They made me a priority, communicated when Al was on his way and when Al showed up he was fantastic. He did not sell on fear like many home service companies do. He took a look in my attic found I had already trapped the flying squirrel and told me my issue was not that bad, he had one opportunity had he wanted to given something I brought up to sell me but instead he educated me and did not take advantage. In the end he took care of things and then some. The cost, very reasonable, I have stored their number in my phone and will be calling them in the fall. Excellent experience.

Very satisfied with their friendly and professional service. We had a problem with European Hornets on a River Birch tree. Al came out during the day to assess the problem and also walked the entire property to try to find the hive. He just came back this evening to answer our questions before he and his co-worker treated the tree. They were very thorough with their work and also treated the shrubs in front of the house because we saw a hornet on the front porch. I would definitely recommend Legend Pest Control..
