Hire them to take care of a rodent problem and the results were great. They took care of the issue and paid attend to details. They also garuntee the work so if its not fixed they will come out as needed to get it resolved. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used this service twice due to the ants during the warmer weather. The first time was in 2021 she treated the outside and inside of my house and it has been 5 years since I’ve seen any. Up until this year I started seeing a few so of course I had to call. Carmen answered my call quickly and even squeezed me in with an appointment very quickly.

I used their service several times, for mouse, yellow jackets and cockroaches Their service is fast and professional.

Carmen was very unprofessional like the other 1 starred reviews. She gave me appointment without realizing that I live too far away. I sent her about 35 photos of rodents and bugs infestations that my slumlord won’t repair the holes and hire pest control to irradicate the severely unhealthy issues which are illegal. She didn’t know how to view the 35 photos in text. Carmen told me that it would be a free inspection. She gave me a time frame from 12-3 pm. She called at 1 pm and I was ill. She accommodated me by rescheduling me for the following Tuesday 3/17/26 tomorrow. I haven’t heard from her all day to confirm after the weekend. I texted her and she said that she is all full for tomorrow and that I’m too far away and that I should look elsewhere. Disgraceful businesswoman.

We had a mice issue that we tried to get of ourselves and failed. Carmen was great in coming in and taking care of this issue and also giving us guidance concerning this issue. We would highly recommend her

A few weeks ago we discovered some backyard bees (wasps, really)... Carmen answered the call right quick and was on ground within 48 hours, per our scheduling. About an hour or so later, the job was done - she digitally sent all the relevant paperwork (including a listing of the munitions used) and we haven't had an issue since. Really good stuff. PS I suspect the small handful of 1-star reviews were written by wasps and hornets.

I’m so glad we were referred to Carmen when we found carpenter bees in the beginning of the season. She was a life saver! Got rid of them quickly and we got our backyard back! Also hired her for general bug control and she’s been amazing! We haven’t had any issues with bugs around our house and we just couldn’t be happier. Thank you SO much! We highly recommend!

She showed her findings and explained how she planned to solve the issue and made sure that I understand the work and price before doing anything which I appreciate a lot. This was the 1st time we called any exterminator. We have seen pincher bugs and spiders in our downstairs bathroom. We weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into, but Carmen was kind in her interaction with us, and confident in her pesticides treatment. She also made recommendations for prevention. Thank you for wasting my day when I could have called someone who actually would have done the job. I have a yellow jacket nest that I called early (0830) for her to get rid of. Same day appointment, great, I really want this dealt with. Price is reasonable. End of day (1945), she comes up. "Oh its by the gutters. Ill have to come back in two days for the right gear, and it'll be 50$ extra." She didn't ask where it was, nor confirmed any information other then my address. If you're going to do it the same day, DO IT THE SAME DAY! Now I have to wait til tomorrow to find someone that will actually do the job.

Scheduled a consultation and after the first walk everything seemed good. Once I got the quote, I agreed to the price and wanted to get the service done asap so we scheduled a day for the service. First, we had a time frame of 4 hours when the lady would come and service our house. 2.5 hours in, she called and said she doesn't have the time that day and insisted on rescheduling 3 days from now. We didn't like it but agreed. 3 days later, she arrives on time and is trying to service the outside of our house (we had carpenter bees). After 20 minutes she said she actually can't do it because there is hard to reach areas and she won't be able to reach them. Shouldn't this be noted during the consultation? Very disappointed of the waste of time and lack of professionalism.
