We used for Skip Laurel Maintenance. We did not get good results.

Arrogant and cannot admit when an employee has made a mistake. It becomes YOUR fault (even though we found out that he had to eventually fire said employee). EDITED TO REPLY: Chip, I *did* contact you directly, by phone, and we spoke. And you refused to consider that your employee (whom you later fired) made the mistake that burned my lawn. And last year I was told by another man in your company that you would not come out and look at a rhododendron. He was so kind and felt very badly…I could tell he was very sorry about your decision. All because I dared to complain to you in 2020. Hence the review four years later.

Chip is super passionate, helpful and knowledgeable about being an arborist. I highly recommend using him. He gave me two honest opinions on how to proceed with two trees that I wanted to save. He knows his stuff !
