Eagle Eye Inspections The right move for us: available on short notice and showed up on time. Igor Gladkov (Mr. G) was methodical as he prodded through each item in his check list. Most important he was tolerant of our endless questions and reflective in his answers. Wise in his ways Mr. G made a point to quickly established repour with the seller, as well. Upon completion he took the time to review his findings and willingly took us back to locations where further (or repeated) explanation was necessary. His written report with supportive photos came the next day. A subsequent phone call follow-up gave us yet another opportunity to review Mr. G’s findings and suggestions as to our next action items.

Amazing Amazing Amazing.... Igor came to our house for a concern we had with a possible leak in our sons room. He was incredibly thorough, professional and had the latest technology to help diagnose and confirm the issue. Unfortunately for us he was so thorough that he found termites in our basement. Excellent home inspector, incredibly knowledgable and helped explain what steps to take next. Highly reliable and strongly recommend!!!!!

I’ll keep it short, if you need a house inspection.. you shouldn’t go anywhere else. If he is available to come to your area, book him. Very thorough, very professional and will be using him again!

Terrible company. Half of what was written in the report was flat out wrong. Do not waste your time and money, and don’t be fooled by the fake reviews.

Igor conducted an extremely thorough and detailed home inspection for my recent home purchase. He very meticulously went through the entire home and patiently explained to me his findings. He also wrote a complete report with all his findings including pictures and explanations. He additionally provided recommendations on how issues should be remedied. He has been very responsive to my calls and extensive questions. Igor truly exceeded my expectations during his home inspection! Igor is AMAZING. I had Igor inspect a commercial space (1200 sq ft) for my new business and he was incredibly detail oriented. EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH IGOR & Eagle Eye inspections. Do not trust realtors , that are just trying to make a sale . Oh yeh everything works fine no rust , no leaks , turn key move in ready operations Igor sent us a 90 + page report , with issues and possible conditions that need to be further examined. From top to bottom left to right , covered everything with impeccable detail, pictures to align with each finding and got all manufacturers dates off all of the mechanicals. The first inspection went well. He detected a lot of issues in our first home offer which helped us to leave the contract. That's why we contacted him again for our second offer. But with the second inspection, he missed out essential issues related to the foundation and negative grading around our house. Also, he missed to check the plumbing on the full bathroom that was leaking and rotting the bathroom subfloor. We had to change it totally. We ended up buying a house with water issues in our basement and rotten subfloor. Finally, we added to the inspection service to check in the garage and he almost walked away without even take a look at it. His second inspection was terrible, on top of that, more expensive. I would never recommend him.

I came across Igor while searching for another similar named Eagle Eye Inspection company. I’m very glad I found him though. He was so thorough, that my significant other couldn’t sleep after reading through his home inspection report. She thought the home was going to implode based on all the flaws. However this only shows how detailed he was in observing and uncovering any current or future issues in a home inspection. I would highly recommend his top tier package including the radon testing and pest inspection too. He is a professional and very timely.

Igor saved us with a last minute home inspection appointment. He arrived early to start looking at the exterior of the home and was incredibly thorough in explaining to us all identified issues, the tools he was using to spot them, and possible remediation. A prospective buyer of my property hired this company and Igor Gladkov showed up with his hard hat and flashlight. If you want to be scared out of purchasing a home then this is the guy you want. The property was being sold "as is" and this inspector documented things that didn't even make sense. Ex: He told the buyers that the slop sink that was used as a drain in the basement for the washer would burn their children because the dishwasher drained into it (Not true). He also said that there was a dangerous gas leak which PSE&G confirmed was not the case. He also claimed the garage roof was leaking when I had a classic car stored there for over 15 years. And this is just a few of the absurd comments he placed in his report. As a result of his nitpickiness, the buyers backed out of the deal. Mission accomplished, Igor! You scared away another buyer. Sometimes I wonder if they do this so they can just get paid by another person to inspect the same property again. And for the record another company came in and with the exception of the outdated electrical panel, didn't condemn more than half of the items this company did. Like I said before, if you want to overpay for an inspection and then be convinced not to buy a house, Igor is the guy for you.
