I never knew how fast mice can create a colony within your walls thank God NJ Pest Control got them all out. They even maintain my house to ensure they don’t come back.

I called to schedule an appointment and someone was able to come out within 24 hours. Sean came and did my free inspection. He took the time to explain the process. Did my entire home. He stated I should see results within 15 days and it should last up to two months. I can’t wait to see the results!

I'll start my review by saying I am not the easiest person to deal with. There was some type of large rodent in my Attic. They sent someone out but I wasn't exactly satisfied with what he found. I called the owner Extremely upset so he sent someone else out. Through all my complaining the owner of the company was helpful he was kind he was empathetic he was professional he even offered to come and Assess the situation himself he even went as far as offering me a a refund. I had several other companies come after because I was so afraid. He had one of his staff members set bait in the attic which ultimately the rodent took and left the property. This team was effective and extremely patient with me. I'm probably not welcome back as a customer but you guys should definitely reach out to this company for your needs! Thank you for being so patient with me. I don't think I've ever felt fear like that in my entire life 😩

Sean came out and set us up to get rid of an infestation we are having. He was very knowledgeable polite and has top notch service for me being in the service industry I was very impressed with the knowledge and solution he came up with. Sean did an excellent job with pest control for my mice issue. He was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The pricing was really good and fair, which I truly appreciated. He installed four bait boxes with poison to address the problem and was very thorough. He also committed to coming back in 30 days to check and make sure everything is still under control. Fingers crossed the mice don’t come back, but I feel confident knowing he stands by his work. I would definitely recommend his services!

The day I called for some mice control, they scheduled someone to come out same day between 1-3, Sean arrived right around 1. He did the assessment quickly while still giving us a lot of great information so that we could make a decision that worked for us. He then made very quick work of setting up the traps. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable. Sean made it a no-brainer to sign up for a monthly check-in. Would recommend.
