United Termite

Bryan and team at United Termite are excellent. He came out to quote a vapor barrier for us a few months ago after our prior crawlspace company recommended several over the top unnecessary measures (barrier/encapsulation/dehumidifier, etc). His pricing was reasonable and he honored his quote even though we waited a few months. Kim at the office was nice and helpful every time we called/emailed. Bryan and Mike did a great job with the barrier installation itself- they inspected for termites while in the crawlspace, and also cleaned out debris/materials left in it. The new barrier looks great. They left no trace of a mess in the house- very meticulous. The prior company we had installed foam board insulation and they apparently forgot to cut out the spaces around the temp vents- blocking airflow essentially. Bryan and Mike caught this and corrected it. That company also used the wrong size nails for the board, so it was just hanging there. Again, Bryan corrected. Such silly mistakes and blocked vents could have caused a ventilation issue. Overall as I said- United is excellent and trustworthy. I appreciate that Bryan as the owner is the one who is doing the work, you aren’t dealing with a sales guy and a large crew. We’ll be on their list for yearly termite inspections, and they will be the ones handling any crawlspace questions/issues for us moving forward! If you use another company, buyer beware. United Termite and Pest Control did an excellent job removing debris from my crawl space. The employees, were very knowledgeable and so nice and did such a neat job. I would recommend they highly-qualified.

Best call made this week . Spent a few days trying to rid ants from kitchen and needed professional help. UNITED name came up a few times.From the beginning the front office Kim was so friendly and helpful actually listened (rare these days)..short time got a tech to come between jobs due to my schedule and theirs but WOW what a pleasant and professional service masks.and safety ...and thorough and reasonably priced...couldnt be more thankful to them and those who recommended them...thank you UNITED will try to pass on your name as much as I can GRATEFUL HERE and a shout out to Kim

We used United for many years at our old home for an annual termite inspection and a preventative summer pest control. We moved and tried a different service last summer (local/friend) but as soon as the contract was up we called United back. They handle our annual termite inspection and our spring through summer maintenance. We cannot recommend them highly enough. It’s such a relief to have a reliable service and they really do provide excellent service.

Been dealing with United Termite for many years now and wouldn't use anyone else to get the job done, they come when they say they're going to be there, they do the job right and are very reasonable
