I was driving on route 22 west near Hillside/Union area. I noticed a green car that had a ‘Cooper Pest’ sticker on the back of the car. The blonde female who was probably in her early to mid 20s was driving RECKLESS. First of all you shouldn’t be doing under the speed limit on the left lane causing all that traffic at 8pm. Second the girl seemed nervous and confused (maybe under the influence?) and changed lanes almost causing an accident and used no blinker. She did this about three times in about the span of 3 miles. I should of called the cops.
