We had a massive cock roach infestation and Zane killed everything! We weren't sure what to think in the beginning but after the treatments were done we don't have a single roach left! We noticed about four months ago that our house cat was working overtime catching mice. While we appreciated her efforts, waking up in the middle of the night to see it happening was not so great. My sister reached out to Sleep Easy in October 2025, and after our fourth appointment, things are going GREAT! I won’t say the problem is completely solved yet, but I haven’t seen a mouse since late October, which says a lot. Our technician Zane is AMAZING: quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain how things are going and answers any questions we have about the service. That level of communication is top-tier customer service. Technician came 3 weeks after my last treatment from my old exterminator. So glad I switched had an infestation of cave crickets in my crawlspace. Other company’s technician lied and said they treated the whole crawlspace. So far have not seen any since thank goodness I hate those things.

Zane is the best ! We’ve tried Orkin and other pest services, but they only temporarily relieved the problem. After Zane treated the outside of our house, we never had an issue again. Highly recommend him for any pest control needs!

We had a new yellow jacket nest around our upper floor window. I spoke with Omar at 1:55pm. He was at my house by 3:30pm, the problem was entirely fixed by 4pm. He gave me his contact information, and encouraged me to get back to him with any issues. Very helpful and professional, he definitely made a stressful situation 1000% better! Highly recommend Sleep-Easy Pest Control! Fair price, effective solution. I had a cricket problem (along with other outdoor insects.) The sound of the crickets at night was very disturbing and I tried everything I could purchase to solve the problem on my own. In desperation, I called Sleep-Easy Pest Control. They came when promised, listened carefully to my issues, conducted a full inspection of our home inside and out. The technician recommended a multi-modality approach using products that were safe, odorless, but effective. In one visit the problem was completely solved.

When I moved into my new home two years ago, I saw a mouse and immediately contacted Omar. He was very responsive and professional from the start. He came right away, inspected the entire house, filled all the visible holes, and placed traps with bait. Since then, my home has been completely mice-free! Omar’s work was thorough and effective, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and how to prevent future issues. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Omar to anyone looking for reliable and efficient pest control service. He truly gives peace of mind knowing your home is protected.

They were able to come out and destroy a wasp nest the same day I called even though I was at work. I would have given a 5 star if they were able to remove the remaining parts of the unsightly nest.

Omar was great/ we had a bad Hornet infestation. However, Omar did a great job of removing the Infestation safely and quickly

Zack came in to spray for roaches and did a sloppy job sprayed everywhere and I still have roaches don't know what to do now he came in and his spraying equipment was empty he filled it with tap water and sprayed everywhere like I mean everywhere so I am not recommend you calling those guys.

Let me explain to everyone what this company does. I hired them for mice extermination. Zane was the employee who came to my place. They come inside, look around a little bit, then toss some poison in the spots where the mice hang out and put boxes outside the entrances to your home. They refused to search for any entry point, claiming "a mouse can fit in a hole the size of a thumb nail, there's no point in looking for an entry point." I looked up the exact materials they used on amazon, which cost about $75. This company locks you in for an entire year for a fee of $865. They give you another $75 worth of materials every three months. Do the math - they're a scam. Not to mention - I still had mice 2.5 months after their first "treatment" as they call it. I suggest using sticky traps, that's what actually worked. Edit to my review after reading the company's response: Why would I contact for additional services if on the initial intake when I asked for a more permanent solution such as looking for entry points, they said that this wasn't necessary? They are scheduled to come every 3 months, and I am only to assume that they would do things such as put down more poison, which again, is much much cheaper to do online. Notice how the company (Omar) did not provide examples of any other things they did for their "treatment" in defense? No specific examples of the "time, expertise, equipment, or compliance required in professional pest control." No denying that the prices of the equipment they used is much cheaper online. Just using jargon to make it sound like they do more than what I described above. I'm telling you, if you know where your mice are hanging out, just buy First Strike soft bait on Amazon as well as Procecta outdoor bait stations. Put the bait where the mice are hanging out, and put the bait stations outside. That is all they did for me. Also, something that they didn't explain is that mice become keen to traps and poison that you set after a while, so if your problem continues overtime, you may need to come up with new methods of extermination (different traps, bait, etc) Furthermore, on their website they boast that "After 30 days if you are not 100% HAPPY with our service…you won’t pay a penny…period!" One of the many lies they told. They also explicitly explain on their website "One of the main reasons rodents enter any property is because there are multiple entry points that must be addressed for any extermination to be successful. We will locate and seal any entry points because this allows us to guarantee our work", however this service was not provided DESPITE MY REQUEST ON INITIAL INTAKE. They say themselves that in order for the extermination to be successful, they need to address the entry points. I guess they were ensuring an unsuccessful extermination by neglecting to do so. So no, I did not get exactly what I paid for. And also, I was not told "professionally and clearly" that I would not receive a refund. Omar's response to my propositions were "Wow...this is amazing...really amazing...Listen now. I'm a man. You're arguing like a woman." Furthermore, all I was asking for is for them to discontinue future payments directed to Afterpay, the secondary billing service they used. I did not even ask for a full refund, just for future services and payments to be discontinued. Omar was rigid, not personable, and did not offer any solutions to my problems. Yes, when I contacted them I was concerned about my mice. They used that as leverage to lock me in to a 1 year plan. I never said I was "willing to pay whatever it takes", as I am currently a working paycheck to paycheck. I asked about other less extensive plans, especially since I was considering moving due to these issues, however they told me that this was all that was available. Since I had been dealing with this problem for a couple of months and had a lot going on at the time, I made an UNINFORMED DECISION. My hope is that anyone who is reading this does not do the same.

Updated Review: Omar came to take care of my bed bug problem, he was super friendly, very personable. He explained everything he was doing and using and even gave me a discount on my services, which I'm so greatful for. Thanks a billion! ------------------------------------------------- Update (June 6th, 2023) Unfortunately I have to change my 5 stars to a 2. What I said before still stands, he's very kind and the bed bugs are gone snd have stayed gone, but he isn't very good at keeping his word with scheduling. He has postponed and rescheduled every appt since the first appt he came by for. I had been very understanding about personal things that had come up for him and let it slide, but today he said he'd be here for our last appt at 11:30am, 11:50am rolls by and I didn't recieve a call or text about his whereabouts. He had told me when I called around 11am that he was at the mechanic but should still get to me by 11:30 as promised, but when he didnt I at least wouldve liked a call or text saying he'd be late. Instead when I texted him, he rescheduled our appt again for the next day. Omar is great as his craft but be aware that your appointments may not be honored for their original date. Update June 19th, 2023 Changing my 2 stars to 1. I had a follow up appointment due to the bed bugs returning and not only did he ignore the text I sent him regarding the change of time/date I needed, he didnt even show up for the time he set. He didn't even call or leave a text. I'm really dissappointed because I love supporting small businesses but I can't lie about the service either. In response to the reply from the owner: I did mention I needed a different date for the 19th, but he never followed up with me by text or call. It's just a lack of professionalism. That also doesnt excuse the other things I'm talking about in this review.
