The best to do the job, the owner himself came with one of the guys they were on time very polite and professional. He found the problem (which my wife and I thought was a squirrel)but we were wrong,they were a family of raccoons in the attic. They went to work immediately and the next day they were caught(i mean the Raccoons), I thought I would be paying tons of money but,he was very honest from the start he gave the price. Till now if I hear any sound I call him even on the weekend he comes to check,if you do not call him for rodents or any animals forcing themselves into your house,you are mistaken. They have done our house many times ..one of our Rental units had a problem with Rats and Mice they were quick to respond very through.. efficient and had the best prices around..We also had problems with Ants in our home and they got rid of the Carpenter and sweet Ants in very quickly!

The company did a good job at first it did not work and I called the company and let them know and he came two days after and took care of business as of today September 14, my problem seems to be taken care of. I do recommend knock ‘Em pet control Thank you.

My husband and I recently purchased a house, and I was very nervous about bugs, animals and pest control because it was a fixer-upper. I called Kevin through a Google search, and he brought out him and one of his employees named Johnny. Both Kevin and Johnny went through the entire house, literally crawling up into the crawlspace on their hands and knees, checking everything I believe Johnny even went under the house for me. It was literally amazing. Normally when you’re buying a house you expect these people to be miserable and just do the bare minimum I could not believe how thorough they were and how knowledgeable they both were. They told me that everything would be OK and Kevin told me personally if I even see one and to call him immediately. Kevin even said he sealed everything up for me and basically I haven’t seen anything in six months. It’s literally so amazing. Johnny also noticed that there was some issues with the window and instead of telling me, oh just call the window. He actually fixed it and charge me a very reasonable price. It was really amazing to see I recommend this business to anyone.

I was fighting the groundhogs to a standstill; I would use a repellent recommended by Bergen County Animal Control in the holes, and they would go away, until more came. Well, finally, they were doing damage to my house, and I had to up the game. On a friend's recommendation, I called Kevin at Knock'em Dead. And the friend recommended right. He was friendly, informative, threw in a free inspection to see if they had done any serious damage, gave good advice, and the fees he charged matched what I thought would be reasonable fees (essentially, just low enough to make it worth my while to hire him rather than try to do it myself). They came promptly to get the trapped animals, and I haven't seen any sign of groundhogs since. As a bonus, they're experienced animal handlers, which means that if you get an unexpected animal (like, say, a skunk) in your trap, you have someone who can safely let them out. Strongly recommended!

What a great experience with Knock Em Dead! They fixed the cricket problem we had the first time. We kept hearing crickets in our basement. Every time I killed one we'd find more the next day. Finally my wife and I had enough and decided to go with a professional. We called Knock Em Dead and they came out on a Saturday no less. I was so impressed with how thorough they were. They went into crawl spaces, around the exterior, in the basement everywhere! We have not had to call them back for the same problem. Fixed it the first time, which was so satisfying. I would totally call them again which we may need to as we found little ants by a couple windows in the living room! They were very affordable, friendly, courteous and professional.
