I had a raccoon that was in and out of my attic and causing a lot of racket especially at night. Serious Pest Solutions was one of two companies that Wayne Animal Control recommended to me When I contacted them, Jim was very prompt in coming to my home to check on what was happening. Jim worked with me to take care of the problem. And he was excellent. Especially impressive was the way he stayed in touch and helped me to gain a better understanding of what was happening. The situation evolved into the raccoon having 4 babies in the attic. Jim installed a camera so we knew what was happening. Momma raccoon moved the babies out so trapping was not needed. Unfortunately, she did a lot of damage to the side of my house but Jim made sure everything was properly repaired. He also sealed off the initial entrance way and also installed a much needed cover on the roof. It is rare to work with someone who works as thoroughly as Jim does. I highly recommend him and his company.
