Nick was amazing! We hired him last week to do our home inspection of a home my husband and I are buying. As first time home buyers we had many questions and he led us through everything step by step. We had our inspection Wednesday and he got us back the report the same day. 10/10 recommend and would absolutely use him again!!

Nick is the best. He is super knowledgeable and gives me great recommendations for repairs without blowing any individual items out of proportion. I recommend him all of the time for clients and I use him to my personal transactions. I would not trust anybody as much as I trust Nick!!!!

Nick was recommended by our realtor to inspect a new home we were looking to purchase. The initial call with him was very helpful and he was able to schedule very quickly. The inspection was extremely thorough and he gave us so much helpful info throughout regarding smaller repairs we'll need to do down the line. As first-time home buyers, my fiancé and I were unsure about making such a huge financial commitment—especially on something that many people call a “bad investment.” I’m relatively handy, but I grew up in an apartment, so there is a world of knowledge about home ownership, maintenance, and repairs that I simply never had exposure to. Going into the inspection, I had a lot of anxiety and question marks. Before the inspection, Nick from Signature Home Inspections called to introduce himself, learn more about us as buyers, and hear out any concerns we had. That alone put me at ease; he immediately came across as personable, honest, and genuinely caring—the kind of guy you’d love to have a beer with. When I met Nick on inspection day, it was obvious from the start that he had an immense wealth of knowledge. More importantly, he was sincere. Our inspection took several hours, and I was grateful for that, because it meant he took his time and didn’t cut corners. We went through every facet of the house together. He shared insights that went far beyond what ended up in the report, simply out of kindness and a desire to help. He spoke to me person-to-person, not inspector-to-buyer. Nick’s report is now serving as our guide for repairs and improvements, and I’m incredibly thankful to have it. Even for purely cosmetic items, he walked me through step-by-step how to fix or improve them. He offered suggestions for how to use certain spaces, and his professional opinion of the home ultimately gave us the confidence to move forward. Without his endorsement, we would have walked away. In the days and weeks after the inspection, I continued texting Nick with questions and requests for clarification. He was always responsive, patient, and polite. He could have easily disappeared after being paid, but he didn’t—he stayed available and supportive. Nick Taormina is exactly the kind of person you want on your team: respectful, genuine, highly intelligent, and deeply experienced. I never had a father to teach me many of the things a homeowner needs to know, and Nick essentially gave me a crash course in home repair and maintenance. That means more to me than I can express. Nick inspected my potential new home on 8/30/25. I booked him 2 days before and was surprised he was able to come out on a Saturday, especially that Monday was Labor day. He was recommended by my realtor. I careful compared prices with other HI and he had the best price with the most flexible availability. His serviced was VERY detailed. I was estimated 2 hours but it took him 3.5hrs because of his thoroughness and him answering every question I had. I appreciate how he took his time. I didn't feel rushed at all. He even gave recommendations of what services I needed based on what the problem was. My report was complete that same even, given that he inputs his findings in real time via a phone. I recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend Nick for your home inspection. We've had a number of inspections over the years for different properties and I would definitely say he's thorough, detailed oriented, knowledgeable and gave us a great insight into the property. He took the time to review some of the more complicated aspects and gave us a lot of information. I really feel he went above and beyond. All around great!

If you need an amazing inspector look no further. Nick was my inspector and absolutely did an outstanding job. Although the inspection made me back out of a deal that I thought was my dream home it was well worth it. Nick did an extremely thorough job that helped me really see all the different issues that I would’ve had to deal with after closing. Things all the way from discovering mold all the way to water intrusion coming into the house. I will definitely be using Nick in my next home inspection to assure that I get the right home for me and my family. Horrible, makes himself comfortable to trespass a sellers property at his convince with no warning. Putting the home owner and himself at a liability!

Update: The documents we signed from him mentions about the importance of having a sewer inspection, which we missed. It was not discussed to us as well in person how important sewer inspection is. We are first time buyers and me and my husband are willing to do what anyone suggests us to do to avoid any inconvenience. Turns a very expensive mistake. We spent almost $13,000 and still counting after closing due to repairs to the sewer. Had this explained to us in person and not just in writing we would definitely not hesitate to it. He was responsive at first in helping us figure it out but when his insurance declined to pay for sewer he stopped communicating to us. We also have to pay another $ 600 because the AC machine was not connected to our house so when temperature starting to go up we noticed the whole house is not getting cool and we ended up hiring someone to get it fixed as well. Nick is very responsive and very knowledgeable upon the inspection of our house. He is very thorough as well. He is the one who did our home inspection and I cannot think of anything bad about this guy because he is all you need during house inspection especially for first time home buyers like us.

Beware this inspector missed several items and it ended up causing significant headaches
