Found some decaying wood and was worried it was termites. He was at my house within 15 minutes of my call, explained that it was a water issue issue and not termites, and also gave me DIY recommendations to remedy it. Very prompt and honest.

It all started with ants...I could deal with a few in the spring but they created colonies in my grass! There was no getting rid of them. I called All American. They sprayed, and then they sprayed again, and then they sprayed again. Each time I called they came without a hesitation, in a quick amount of time, and never made me feel like I was bothering them.
