Wow!!! Recently switched to these guys and couldn't be happier. Used another company for 10 years for regular maintenance reasons and was happy but recent price increases lead to some shopping around. From price to overall experience, there's not a complaint I could make up. Carpenter bees are my biggest issue and I haven't seen one since our recent service. That's a first in 10 years!!! Also, the technician Brian, was fantastic to have at our home. Will probably ask for him again if that's even possible. Either way, couldn't be happier! Thanks Accurate!

They are always extremely responsive, professional, and reliable. Their staff are very friendly and always kind and caring when interacting with our clients. We have been working with them for many years and would recommend them to anyone in need of pest management services!

Terrible customer service. As a follow up to your response. Your service person never called my cell phone even though he had it. I mean what service person would not even try to call a cell phone (if they had it) even once? This is especially true when people work from home (like I do) and was on a work phone call - but kept checking my phone to await your service persons call. On top of that he left my house 2 minutes after I knew he was outside and refused to come back even though (a) he could not have been more than a mile away and (b) he would still be at my house if he came inside to do the job. Your phone operator was rude. Never acknowledged my concerns and never offered me a follow up appointment. After shopping around I found your estimates to be overpriced and have had better customer service elsewhere. So yea, all around terrible experience after trying to give your company a try.

Worked with Accurate back in 1995 to correct a problem in my house. Called them yesterday for a problem unrelated to the original one. Kyle and Anthony stopped by and explained the treatment available. Not only were they courteous and professional, but friendly. It is a pleasure when calling for help and when working with the technicians. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else

Customer service is not their bag. They are rude on the phone and suggest that the customer work around them. It's pest control so it's a dime a dozen type of service, which is why I'm going for quote for my next service.

We had raccoon getting into our attic, and decided to give Accurate Pest Control a call. Our technician Kyle came out right away to diagnose the problem, he set the traps and explained the process. The raccoon got trapped the same day! Couldn’t be happier with the service. Knowledgeable, fast, reliable. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Accurate Pest, Mark and Kyle were very professional and responsive! They were able to capture two squirrels in my attic within a few days, making it less stressful for me as promised!

I called Accurate Pest Control for a carpenter ant issue. Scott & Scott came out and instead of just treating the issue and charging me for it, They made recommendations with no charge. I believe other pest control companies would have treated the problem(like putting a band-aid on a gunshot wound) rather than offering an honest solution. They were professional, very communicative and prompt. I will be calling them for all my future pest control needs.

I've used accurate at two of my houses now. Both times for bee issues. Most recently I had a wasp nest in a tree. They killed the wasps and treated the outside of the house to prevent any new nests. Haven't seen a bee since. Highly recommend.

Do not recommend. We were seeing little black bugs and small ants in bathroom, around kitchen sink and throughout front porch. After company treated house, the ants multiplied in a different section of the house. Company returned immediately to treat again, only for ants/bugs to multiply again. When my husband called back the company told us to wait it out and there was pretty much nothing else they could do for us. I would never recommend this company. Never had this issue before, but unfortunately our old pest guy moved out of state. As homeowners we were looking for an expert to tell us what kind of bugs these were, why they were entering the home and where the source was to properly exterminate. This is still an issue and now we have to spend more money treating ourselves before finding a better company to come in an get the job done. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service we received. Again, would not recommend.

Just had them come and trap a raccoon on our roof. He was going up there every few days and trying to rip apart one of our dormers to nest. What a mess. Insulation and old wood everywhere. It took 3 days to trap him but they got him. Humane and law abiding traps and took him 10+ miles away before releasing. Let’s hope!
