Extremely prompt and professional. I sent Marriott Termite and Pest Control an email first thing Monday morning and John responded within 20 minutes. Jack arrived at my home shortly after and treated a yellow jacket hive. I emailed them again about another concern I had and again, John called me quick and Jack arrived a few hours later. They go above and beyond and definitely deserve your business.

WOW! John did a great - no wait, FANTASTIC - job getting rid of a HUGE hornets nest under our eave, at least 30 ft up in the eave. He answered my call quickly and was out there the next day, then removed the freaking thing. GREAT/FANTASTIC SERVICE! I would HIGHLY recommend this local, family-owned business over any other, including those big corporate-owned exterminators. I'd give him at least 10 stars. Marriott was recommended by local realtor Paul Anastasio - a great realtor. Thank you John!

absolutely phenomenal services. Tried 3 other pest companies before them and Marriott is in a different league. They really understand the research behind their methods. They are proactive. They are very communicative. And very flexible with my schedule and ad hoc calls. Definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for pest management!

Great quality service cause they have consistently responded to my calls. I had lots of ants and insects coming into my home. After one treatment I was still seeing ants on my deck but with the 3 months warranty, I called and they came back the very next day to treat it. They are professional and care about the work they do.

John came to my house because he had a small window of free time. Talked to me and inspected my house in such a short time and gave me free traps to ensure they were all gone and actually cared. He didn’t even want money for all he did in a short time. Hopefully I wont need their service again, because that means I have mice, but i would never consider contacting any other company than marriott. Great people. I reached out to 2 other companies before them who just quoted me insane amounts. Always go local, especially this company

My Bat was removed but it came back. I paid a fortune. Marriot never returns my phone calls. I am still under a year warranty. I would not recommend, I call daily and get no reply.

I apologize for missing your call on Labor Day. I performed the bat watch and believe we have located the entry point. As we discussed today I had to wait until after September 1st (per state law) to perform the eviction.<br>I stand by my work and will continue to work on your home until we have this bat gone for good.
