Matt is my knight and shining armor. He did an emergency service for me at like 9pm when I had an unexpected vistor and he knew exactly what was happening and how to get it. I am so grateful to him. I first came across Bug Snap while scrolling online for pest services by me. I couldn't help but notice all the great reviews and thought I'd give them a call. While I know you can't believe everything you read online, you can believe all these reviews are true!!! Matt answered my call and spent the next 15 minutes or so explaining the service he could provide, the results I could expect, and an appointment was scheduled within the week. He thoroughly inspected my house, even went up in my attic, where 2 other services had told me they didn't need to see because they didn't think there was a problem there! Matt understood I didn't care what they thought, I wanted to know for sure. His fee was very reasonable and he certainly did a lot more work than anyone else had done in the past with actual results I could see!! He definitely knows what he's doing and is professional and respectful of your house and property. He's given me peace of mind, and my problem is being resolved!! Thanks Matt!!
