Late by over an hour. They send a tech who clearly doesn't want be there, has attitude and scoffs at me when l asked him to wear a shoe cover. I told him to just leave. Ridiculous company. Do not use

Paul came to my home on a Saturday morning, which I greatly appreciate given my work schedule during the week. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I was hearing sounds in my attic and he was able to quickly find the issue and take care of it. Put my mind at ease instantly. Very appreciative for his time and work to tackle my attic critter. 10/10 and will use them again. Thank you!

The technician Chris was excellent. You need to keep up with the office staff to remind them of the status of your job.

I have been working with this company for over a year now. I have had one bad experience with a technician. The company listened to my concern and rectified the issue. I want to highlight Winston, who is a technician that came to my home in the New Jersey area. He is very professional, wonderful customer service, and explains best practices to avoid issues with bugs/rodents. I will be requesting him in the future and he is one of the reasons why I still do business with this company. Request Winston he is amazing!

MAY 2023: Adding to my last review. John returned to treat more pesky yellow jacket and European Hornet issues. As always, he is professional, reliable, and in my mind, a special type of "Superhero" for helping to keep us free from these stinging creatures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. (Ask for John if he's available!) A-Academy gets an A+ from me. They were professional, knowledgeable (taught me A LOT!), quick and affordable. They are now saved in my phone as my “go to” service if I have issues in the future. If you are reading this review, stop your pest control search because you found your provider. We had a major yellow jacket issue under our wood siding. After trying to treat it ourselves, the yellow jackets started getting into the house. A-Academy’s fast response saved us! We were able to host both indoor & outdoor Thanksgiving festivities without the fear of anyone getting stung. Also, our college aged kids came home to yellow jacket free bedrooms! Thank you, A-Academy!

Awesome company. They followed through on everything they promised. I discovered a hole in the soffet and a possible animal in the attic. They were able to rectify the issue. All the service techs were professional and personable. Honesty and quality of work exceptional. Highly reccomend.

Property manager uses this company so I was stuck. Bees in the home were never addressed; pest issue continued to recur & worsen; property was never fully inspected (i.e. rodents living under shed); etc. Bottom line, if you want the problem to continue, recur & worsen, these are your guys!

Chris G came to help with our carpenter bee and roach issue. He was AMAZING. Very helpful in answering all our questions, respectful of our home, and kind with my partner's dog (who was staying with us during the treatment). This company was hired by my landlord, but when I need to get services myself I will be following up with them ***100% because of Chris**** Pricing seemed somewhere between cheap and standard-for-industry, in my lay person appraisal.

Never showed up or called

I have had a contract with this company for many years. They are to come out every three months. This year no one has shown up. When I called they said they were short staffed and would send someone. They never advised me that they were not able to perform the service I paid for and then when they scheduled an appointment and I made a point to be home they didn’t show up.

Had my regular termite inspection today and must say Christopher was great and thorough. He not only checked for trap activity but also around the roof line and foundation for signs of any other kind of problem. He was great to talk to and was happy to answer the questions I had. Called the office to compliment the tech and also found Bill to be great to talk with. They are good at what they do and are great to work with.

Terrrrrrible company never on time used them for 2 years and goes past the 2 hour time frame literally every time. They were never on time. The receptionist is very nasty, she has a bad attitude and talks down to the customers. Very obvious they don't care about their customers .
