Recently, I underwent an inspection at my property for potential termite infestations. During the inspection, the technician entered my residence without acknowledging my wife or myself. Instead, he proceeded with the realtor. He traversed my home while whistling and exhibited a demeanor that suggested our presence was inconsequential. Such behavior is highly inappropriate, especially considering that the technician is employed to serve customers. It is perplexing to witness an individual in a customer-facing role display such a lack of courtesy and professionalism. PS- Do not send that character back to my house please. Thanks.

Had a huge ant colony buried right in front of my newly purchased home and didn’t know until I came home to thousands of swarmer ants, so I immediately called pest plus. They came right away and treated the whole inside and outside of my home. Also removed the colony of ladybugs on my garage. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t seen a single pest, thank you so much for the peace of mind and your service!!

Had the guys from Pest Plus come in on recommendation after years with another provider to maintenance rental properties for me and two rounds of failed treatments for German roaches. The guys from pests plus were thorough and appear to have knocked the issue out once and for all. Tenants are happy, I’m happy. I’d highly recommend.

Chris came back to follow up when ants kept appearing after initial 2 week period. He must have spent 40 minutes inside and outside my house. He sprayed in everyone of the locations that I asked him too. Then he went around finding more locations to treat. RESULTS: ants are completely gone!

Pest Plus is an amazing company with outstanding customer service. They were scheduled to treat a tenant's house, but when they arrived, the tenant unexpectedly turned them away. It was definitely a frustrating situation, but Pest Plus was incredibly understanding and didn’t charge me for the visit. That kind of professionalism and patience is rare. On top of that, they’re really good at what they do — they’ve been super effective at getting rid of bugs and keeping things under control. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and honest pest control!
