We've had mice issues before but I've never used these guys and Steven is the best I've ever seen. He has a true expertise I haven't seen in others and he works with diligence and goes above and beyond without being asked. In one night 7 mice caught because of this, never worked that fast Will use him for anything I can...also customer service in general with the company and pricing is unmatched.

The technician, Steven, was so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough when coming to service the property I live in for yellowjackets and paper wasps. After calling multiple companies to get quotes for resolving the issues I had, TapOut was the way to go. They even provide a 90-day warranty on the service appointment and will come back if called with another issue within that time, for free after paying a one-time fee during the first inspection. I will update if I utilize that, but hoping my wasp and hornet problems are finished!
