Just finishing the removal of a large wasp nest from the interior ceiling of my home. From my 1st contact with Rob to the final removal of the nest was handled professionally. Service was promp, Eric was courteous and knowledgeable. The 2 step process was to treat nest and then a return visit to remove the nest. A job well done. I would highly recommend Bustabug. Very nice to deal with. Called on a Saturday afternoon and they were there Monday. Decent price, treated entire house not just the yellow jacket nest I called about. Found and treated 4 other nests in the process.

We had a great experience with Rob and Bust-a-bug! They came out right away when we needed help with a groundhog that had taken up residence a little too close to our home. The technician was friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. They helped us safely and humanely re-locate the groundhog, and made sure the area was secure so we wouldn't have the same issue again.
