UPDATED AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: Thank you for your response but clearly you responded without actually reading my complaint, as it clearly notes I tried to work with you for WEEKS. This just solidifies my initial recommendation to NOT use this company. Clearly they aren't interested in correcting the situation. This company is the worst. The exterminator was 30+ minutes late, and also didn’t wear any gloves when putting down traps. He didn’t have any of the proper tools to actually do his job. I had located three small holes for him to inspect and fill with wool but he didn’t have any steel wool all he had was Amazon boxes 📦 lol.
